Simon, the front desk manager, really went above and beyond to help make our stay exceptional. He helped us book a private room at the hot spring. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Highly recommend!"

RRockcatzxdWe traveled during the off-season for a three-day, two-night stay, and the entire experience was delightful. Nanshanli is located at the very end of the town, but there's a shuttle bus to town every 20 minutes, which gets you there in just a few minutes – very convenient. There are also free shuttle buses to and from the high-speed train station, offering a door-to-door service, which is incredibly handy. The hotel environment is excellent. We had a garden-view room, and we could see the deer below from our balcony. We stayed in building C, but it was very easy to get to building D as you could walk between them indoors. The hot springs are fantastic; there's a large indoor one and three smaller outdoor ones, all very relaxing. Our child absolutely loved the 'Hi-sen Squad' (Kids' Club) at the hotel, playing there for two consecutive days. The rock climbing and high-ropes course were quite challenging. All the staff we encountered were incredibly patient, earning a big thumbs up from us. Our child particularly liked the 'Hi-sen Squad' young man with glasses. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. Our whole family was very satisfied with this trip! 👍 There were also so many recent flowers and butterflies in Thaiwoo, it was beautiful!

MMeiyouruguo1992This was my second stay at the hotel. Wulingshan Aranya has added a lighthouse park and a mountain-view restaurant, making it great for families with kids. Right behind the hotel, there's another restaurant and a grassy play area. For breakfast, you can choose from different options. We stayed two nights, so we tried Xiaoye's Japanese breakfast once and Shiwei Shangu's Chinese breakfast once, both of which were quite good. The complimentary public hot spring was also a nice touch, and it wasn't crowded, so the experience was pleasant. My only minor complaints are that the hotel's shuttle service is infrequent, leading to long waits during peak hours, and the staff's attitude wasn't as warm as during my previous visit. Also, we had to specifically ask for the raindrop cake and matcha experience, which wasn't offered as enthusiastically as before.

Vv8989We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Noa Resort Aranya. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, with special thanks to Tian Meng Ting, who assisted us with check-in and kindly helped us set up the Aranya app, making everything smooth and effortless.
The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed with great attention to aesthetics. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We were also pleasantly surprised by the evening delivery of a fresh fruit platter, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, this is the best hotel we have stayed at in China during our two years living here. We highly recommend this superb resort for its outstanding hospitality and truly five-star service.

GGuest UserTaiwoo really stepped up their game this year! They've added a dedicated hotel lounge on the second floor of the 4-chair lift equipment hall, plus there's the 'Little Donkey Paradise' and the 'Mini Donkey' near the 4-chair lift. Free parking and discounted ski passes make it perfect for family trips (as long as it's not too windy!).
I always book either Pasture Hotel or Xue Lu Ju; the rooms are practically identical. The living room is great if you want to bring a hot pot for a cozy meal, and both hotels have hot springs – amazing!
This time, I booked a two-bedroom unit, which was very spacious. The only downsides were that one of the shower drains was completely clogged, forcing me to rush through a five-minute shower with water pooling around my feet. Also, one sink didn't have a soap dish, and the water was a bit cloudy.
The room wasn't very warm overall; we had to rely on both the AC and heater. Even with a humidifier running, it was incredibly dry, but that seems to be a common issue in Chongli, and there's no real solution for it.
Overall, I'd recommend it for families with kids.

PPutizi6046I've stayed here a few times now, and the facilities, cleanliness, and environment are consistently excellent. However, there are quite a few issues: Firstly, the air conditioning is always too cold in summer; even with a light jacket and long pants, it's still freezing. Secondly, I tried to check in at 2:30 PM, and the front desk staff, a young man with glasses, told me my reserved room was ready and just being inspected, asking me to wait in the lobby and promising a call. After waiting for half an hour with no news, I went back to the front desk, only to find out my room key had already been processed, but no one had informed me. The staff member with glasses was also nowhere to be found. This level of service attitude and work efficiency is truly speechless. I hope the hotel strengthens its training for staff regarding their professional skills and service awareness.

BBoertulidianReturned for another stay and it was fantastic! The location is super convenient, right next to the ski slopes, making getting around a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest. Check-in was entirely self-service, quick and efficient. The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was top-notch, with a warm and elegant atmosphere overall. Great value for money, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

I'd especially like to thank Lillian, one of the staff members. She handled communications very professionally, proactively addressed my billing concerns, and meticulously helped me check the room both before and after my stay. Her thoughtful greetings and genuine, easygoing demeanor, coupled with her efficient way of working, made her service truly heartwarming. The hotel's service standards were exceptional, and the personalized, human touch from the staff made me feel incredibly welcome! Thank you! It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended. GGuest UserFirst time staying at this hotel, and it was a pleasant experience avoiding the crowds. The breakfast buffet had a limited variety, but the taste was decent. The late-night snack options were a bit monotonous. The room was clean, and the service was good. I just wish there were more breakfast options. It's quite convenient for ordering takeout.

It's just a few minutes' walk to Laohu Stone Beach, and you're right by the sea as soon as you step out, making it super convenient to watch the sunset 🌅. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The service was warm and attentive, and it offers incredible value for money. Definitely my top choice when visiting Beidaihe!
