Hotel Dengan spa di Hebei, China

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The  room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations.

The hotel is very conveniently located, super close to the subway station and easy to reach from the train station. There are lots of facilities available at the hotel at different prices: kids playground and sauna’s, swimming pool, spa, massages etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families that want to have a relaxing trip.

浴室有煙頭，第一天沒用浴室，沒發現。第二天用的時候，下水慢，有煙味，沒戴眼鏡，看到一個柱狀物，孩子第二天説是煙頭。房卡衹能一張，多加需要按金。就餐券，一天領一天的。前台的態度還是不錯的，但是入住體驗確實不好。反饋後，酒店有道歉，説下次去第二張卡不要按金，餐券直接給兩天的，這兩點是攜程反饋的。

Recommended by a collègue , it is near to shijiazhuang railway station. Taxi , didi is very convenient. staff is helpful . Absolutely must book!

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，衞生間寬敞明亮，整體感覺非常舒適。前台小妹們都很熱情，遇到諮詢問題也都會誠意滿滿地幫忙。 無數次路過邯鄲，都沒有停下來好好玩一玩，這次趁着過年有空帶着家人孩子一連住了好幾天，最重要的是這是一家寵物友好酒店，還可以放心的把家裡的小貓咪帶在身邊。

Very good hotel. Location is perfect, near to shopping malls, one of them less than 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. The Hebei museum is also really close to the hotel. The room was really tide, clean and spaceous. There was a washing machine inside the room, no extra fee applicable, and soap was also available for free. This was one of the highest points in my case. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good, so many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

因為工作原因經常住酒店，這家給我的印象很深。最大的感受是“剛剛好”——入住和退房流程極快，無需等待。房間的辦公區域設計得很合理，插座充足，燈光護眼，網絡穩定，對於需要緊急處理工作的我來説，是最大的加分項。

來石家莊玩，臨時路過這裏，想着臨時住一晚，結果酒店超出預想的好，就連着住了兩晚，交通很方便，去正定古城玩很方便，還不堵車，酒店設施衞生也很贊，客房的張主管跟前台小李服務特別好，耐心給我們解決問題，拿行李，介紹旅遊景點，總之很人性化，住的很開心，健身房也很乾凈，以後有機會還會在來的，贊！
