The hotel location os really good. The receptionist checked our room before we checked in, but we later noticed a few issues. The room was on the 8th floor, above the car park level, with views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the ocean. The room was spacious. A fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, an ice bucket, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were all provided in the room. It was convenient to check into the hotel after 10 pm. The problem with the room was the large amount of dust on the air conditioning unit and the walls, as well as traces of dust and mould. We would ask the staff to pay more attention to cleanliness. great hotel. good facilities. gym could be better. hot tub times could be longer. an hour earlier and a few hours later. no chance for a business traveler to use it otherwise. restaurants were very good. breakfast buffet was great. staff friendly and helpful

I wished the rooms had tea available in the room, but they only had coffee. There is a Bathtub but no bath salt. Limited amenities provided. Breakfast is tasty but simple. Room advertised as can sleep 3 but it’s probably too small to be comfortable unless it is a small child with two adults. Hotel has a nice modern design. Friendly staff who are helpful and casual.

My stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making it easy to explore local restaurants, souvenir shops, and popular attractions. The monorail station is also within walking distance, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Although the space was not very large, it was well organized and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff members were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. One of the best parts of the hotel was the complimentary services. Guests could enjoy free drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The public bath was also excellent and helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Okinawan dishes and fresh ingredients. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa.

Pretty new hotel and the room is  A good size at least we can open the luggage on the ground, Location is OK andit takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the market, The buffet breakfast is good And they have Japanese and western food.the 17th floor has a nice view at night time.

The hotel is super clean and in a walking distance to Kokusai-dori street which is very convenient for those who want to explore the food street and souvenir shopping. The neighbourhood area of hotel is the combination of residence area and restaurants nearby (steak house, izakaya, ramen, yakiniku, etc). There is plenty of good restaurants in the area which is nice. There is also the convenience marts just around the corner (Familymart is next door, 7-11 is across the street). Although, there is a free breakfast set available for guest (1 drink & 1 bagel for each person), i saw many guests buy some foods/snack from the convenience mart for breakfast. The bagel is quite nice though. The parking of hotel is auto parking system (1500 JPY fee per night). The waiting time to retrieve the car is appx 1-2 min.

The room here was average-sized but comfortable enough to fit a few large luggage and still have decent walkable space. I was lucky enough to be placed right beside the vending machine and ice making machine. The vending machine worked well and had no problems of running out of change or drinks. The bathroom was okay, although a bit narrow it had a bathtub and had all the essentials. We were also provided coffee/tea pods for the provided capsule machine. The cleanliness was okay as it did have some stains on the bathtub corners but that’s usually the case in most hotel bathtubs. Overall, it was what you would expect from a well-known chain and it does its job when it comes to the price point it is at. The staff was good and there was also a self-service welcome drink corner providing the local Okinawan coral roast.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It’s simply a two minutes walk to the monorail station undercover. It’s close to the city and shopping area, there is a bus terminal nearby can travel to various tourist spots. The service is good, all staff are friendly and polite, the hotel offered free drinks everyday at the 14/F lounge, it was so relaxing and chill. The shower room is nicely decorated with traditional bath salt sacks, kids like it a lot.

We stayed for four nights as a family of four, coming to Okinawa for a relaxing holiday. The two things we cared about most were the room size and breakfast—and we were very satisfied with both. Although the breakfast selection didn’t look very extensive at first, everything was delicious and well-prepared. There was a nice mix of Japanese, Okinawan, and Western options, and the menu changed daily, which kept things interesting. We left breakfast feeling full and satisfied every single day. The room was comfortable, and it was great that the TV had Netflix and YouTube available. Parking was also very convenient at 1100 yen per night (2pm–12pm). The location is excellent—right next to Naha Main Place, a popular local supermarket, and close to DFS Galleria as well. 7-11 just downstairs! The only minor downside was that the bathroom is located right next to the bed, and the sound insulation of the bathroom door could be better. Out of the two hotels we stayed at in Okinawa, this was our favourite. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next self-drive trip!
