This hotel is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from Toyama Station. You can head straight out to Kansui Park and the museum from here. The area around is well-developed with plenty of shops and diverse dining options. The hotel staff are very attentive, and the lobby is spacious. They have excellent facilities like a laundry room, water dispenser, and microwave. The self-service breakfast is decent, nothing spectacular but solid. We stayed in a double room that was a good size, with a particularly spacious bathroom (though the hallway space was a bit tight, which might be a minor issue if you have large luggage to open up). Overall, it was a great experience, and definitely worth staying at again. It's my top choice for future visits to Toyama.

We booked this hotel last minute during a holiday, and since it was Obon Festival, paying double the usual price was acceptable. Its proximity to the station made it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was small, but the bathroom facilities were well-equipped, and it was kept spotlessly clean every day – these aspects were all satisfactory. My main complaint, however, was about a particular front desk staff member during check-in. The individual, who had a ponytail and wore a mask, displayed a complete lack of professionalism and was incredibly rude. They seemed to prejudge the situation and kept giving my friend, who was helping with check-in, various 'reminders' in Japanese. I only learned about this behavior afterwards, which is completely unacceptable. I will definitely look for other hotels for future stays.

The hotel is relatively new, with on site parking. It is located at the top few floors of a business building. There no hotel reception on the ground floor only a phone and the entrance is hard to find if you are driving and it’s at the back of the building. The window shows you the major railway system of Nagoya as JR Nagoya station is just next stop and visible from the window. So a must for train lovers. The staff at the hotel is helpful but their English is minimal but for sure they are polite and cordial. There’s always staff cleaning in the other room when I go in and out of the hotel, but they somehow managed to not bother me and find the right time to clean my room. There is no other facility such as swimming pool, onsen or washing machines in the hotel. There’s a large family mart on ground floor and a few restaurants in the complex but we are always out during the day and didn’t have a choice to enjoy them. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the choices are ample. It also has the skyline view of Nagoya. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want a little piece and quiet when you travel. And you might need to walk extra or take 1 more stop in the Metro to go back to hotel. It’s an excellent hotel but I think more suitable for adults.

Except that the breakfast was not very satisfying and I felt a little wet and itchy when I went to bed at night, everything else was good! The attitude is so considerate and nice! The little train next to them will also wave flags in the hotel! Very interesting! Overall not bad! We arrived at the hotel late the day before and the guy would ask us if we had dinner.

Fantastic! I'm a big fan of this hotel brand, and it's always my go-to choice for stays in Japan. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms feature excellent wet/dry separation, are very well-lit, and feel incredibly clean and comfortable. From the room, you can even see distant snow-capped mountains. It's just a 2-minute walk to Dentetsu Toyama Station. Plus, there's a renowned sushi restaurant right downstairs (the sea urchin chawanmushi had a generous amount of uni, and the crab cream croquettes were absolutely delicious).

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home.

The hotel is conveniently located right above Toyama Station's MAROOT building, with the lobby situated on the 5th floor. Access to guest room floors requires a key card, which significantly enhances security. For a Japanese hotel, the room size was exceptionally generous; there was ample space to comfortably open two large suitcases simultaneously. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of local specialties and even delicious sushi provided by Kaiyō Toyama. We were also lucky enough to experience a fireworks festival during our stay, which we could watch directly from the hotel's parking area.

Great stay- good food and very fresh. Good public bath with very hot water. B Free coffee and plain water at level one. (For certain timing) Entrance is at level two. From room, can see sunset view. Thanks for the great service!

one brief stay before going on the tateyama route. i think the best about the hotel is the location and service, a staple of Japanese hotel and hospitality as always.

This is our first rayon. General impressions are great!!! Very interesting experience. Staff very, very straight-a-friendly. Food is fresh seafood, rice, local soups. You can't say it is not delicious. Delicious. It's a lot of it, but after the third table like this, you want something with the pasta:)))) the room was cleaned every day. There is a transfer to the station. The view from the window is beautiful. In general a quiet place designed for resting with the soul and the body!!!
