The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The decoration is lovely. Close to the hotel, there is a nice park and shops. The hotel is 10 min by car from the airport. To sum up, I enjoyed my stay at Relax Hotel and I recomend it. It is worth it.!

A vrai dire ,une excellente adéquation qualité -prix ,des ressources humaines d'une grande compétence remarquable et d'une discipline exemplaire ,le séjour est en plein sérénité et calme. Je recommande vivement.

We were the only “foreigners” in the hotel at the beginning. The constant staring from staff and other hotel guests was exhausting. It's probably more of a hotel for locals. We couldn't use the pool as soon after the opening at 10am there is animation music with a DJ and the whole pool is a show area. The people at reception are not very cooperative - we asked if there were guided tours as we felt unsafe in the streets - we didn't discover the modern Morocco that was advertised to us anywhere. The receptionist replied as if we were not from this planet, no, there is absolutely no such thing. We left the hotel prematurely, totally disappointed. Nador and the region probably need a few more years to really prove themselves as a presumably interesting encounter. PS. The advertising photos are great, but the hotel itself is a bit outdated. In the room some things were damaged like the TV and furniture. We had the worst room in terms of view on the second floor. Presumably this is a general treatment of non-locals.

Hôtel top service impeccable on a pris pension complète on est reçu comme des rois nourriture midi et soir à la carte très bien servis avec de la couleur du goût et très bien présenté 5 étoiles bravo chef les serveurs aussi vraiment au service des personnels du métier bravo car je suis du métier moi aussi je chef de cuisine, petit déjeuner manque un vrai café expresso si non toute est nickel les chambres spacieuses. Merci encore 5*****

Top hotel op een rustige locatie! Vriendelijke emdewerkers. Hygiëne is top. Enige feedback punt is vanuit de kamer kun je auto geluiden horen wat de nacht rust verstoort. Daarnaast is de kamer iets te klein waardoor je makkelijk je been kan stoten tegen de hoeken van de bed. In iedergeval iets op verzinnen op de hoeken van de bed zou fijn zijn.
