Nice spacious apartment with modern furnishings and super friendly and helpful staff.
Also handy that you can park in front of the door.
You can also do your laundry for a fee.
I did miss some basic ingredients for cooking such as oil, salt and pepper (salt and pepper mills were empty). An explanation of how the stove works would have been useful (cable was in the drawer) but the receptionist came to help us kindly. We also got new towels without asking. Top location and centrally located.
But all in all a wonderful stay within walking distance of the old town

This isn't a hotel, it's an apartment. Everything is new, freshly renovated. There's no sign, the door is locked, and it's unclear how to get in. They haven't cleaned the place once in five days, even though the rules say they should have.

This hotel is amazing! However, the status and location need to be considered. Because I drive by myself, it is very convenient. I park directly in the basement and go to the front desk to check in! Fortunately, that day was the first day of the hotel’s re-opening! Plus we went early! So I became my first customer! very lucky! The internal environment of the hotel is very good! It also has a great sense of design! Looks very high-end! The small balcony is also quite comfortable, and the infinity pool on the top floor (protected by glass guardrails) is also beautiful! Swimming must be fun too! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and were busy with our schedule and didn't have time to go swimming. The hotel is not far from the old city, it takes about 16 minutes to walk. The second reason is that it is being renovated. The air conditioner is quite noisy. Friends who are light sleepers should be careful! Overall great! like very much!

The hotel environment is good, the view of the sea view room is great, and entertainment is available, the front desk service is very good, and a two-hour late check-out is also given, and the sauna and swimming pool facilities are also very good. The location is a bit out of the city center, but you can walk through a beautiful park to stefan island. The breakfast is self-service, and the taste is okay. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, but it is a pity that it is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Ctrip marked that there is no private bathroom is wrong. The jacuzzi and shower are separate. The hotel can change the mark to avoid people misunderstanding because of this. I almost canceled because of this, but I believed the picture.

Мои друзья просили поменять номер из за запаха канализации в номере - поменяли только за 25 евро . Парковка в отеле есть - 20 евро в сутки. Матрас нормальный, сантехника нормальная. До старого города близко .

Душ неудобный (шторка). Плесень в ванной. Но отдельный плюс - вежливость персонала! Если правильно понял именно работников, а не владельца (если не ошибся, то пообщался с владедьцем, и впечатление осталось неблагоприятное).

The hotel is quite good, with rich facilities and a private beach. Unfortunately, many activities are not open in winter, and the spa is almost not included in the room rate.
The breakfast food was okay, but the restaurant staff had a very bad attitude and kicked people out before they finished eating.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right on the shore. Booked a room with sea view, this is what we have provided. We arrived at 10 a.m. and checked in at the hotel from 13 or 14, but we went to meet and gave the keys to the room almost at arrival. There is an elevator in the hotel, it always worked. The room we had on the 3rd floor, the view opened from there is amazing. Until the night in coastal restaurants the entertainment program, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed listening to the Balkan music. In the hotel quietly, the staff are very welcoming: Hayde, Kirill, Murad, Ali with all of us were friends and communicated both in English and in Russian. We took only accommodation, but in the morning on arrival breakfast in a separate restaurant: Carbon pasta was very delicious. Cleaning every day, clean towels and bed linen great thanks to Ali for professionalism. The air conditioner worked perfectly, at night we didn't include it, as the climate allows it to do - at the end of August night is not hot and not humid. The Internet worked well, there is a router in the room. One time only was a break for half day, but no more. Internet television was not able to watch, the picture was hanging, the speed of the Internet apparently lacked, but we did not come to the resort to watch, so it is trivial. Bed with the mattress is comfortable, pillows too. The bathroom has always been excellent pressure and hot and cold water. The hotel is beautifully located and the convenience in it. Thank you for your comfortable stay.

DDonovan_lHotel Villa Garcia exceeded our expectations. It is a family-run hotel, located in a nice place in Budva. It is minimalist in design, comes with balcony with nice city / mountain view’s. The staff gave us a free upgrade upon check in, as it was relatively low season. We were on the third floor and had nice views of the surrounding mountains. There is free parking.
I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items. The cook was so nice to prepare a takeaway bag for us as on our last day, we had to check out early to go to the airport. Overall exceptional 5* service at this beautiful hotel, so choose this place if you plan to visit Budva, just 25 min drive from Tivat airport.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

DDenis Ushakov/Excellent hotel. Cosy, clean, everything is organized and thoughtful. Free parking, beach 100 meters. The room is small but with everything necessary (teasers and free water in rooms are apparently not provided throughout Montenegro). Breakfasts are excellent, delicious and saturated, a pool with sauna on the second floor. The only thing if you go to bed early is to take the rooms with a parking view (they are without a balcony, a view on the sea, but no one will walk and sing songs at night under the balcony). Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl on the recipes - instantly and inexpensively increased the category of the room, and simply very beautiful!

SSereen Teoh Good location, just in front of sea front with nice view. Very lively and happening with plenty of eating place and nightlife around. Close to a mall. Basic room but stay with comfort. Con side is got to climb staircase to 1st floor with luggage. No lift. Parking was expensive with EUR40 per day, open carpark next to Merit 5 star hotel. Quite a bit of walk to the hotel.

The room was also very well equipped with a TV, mini refrigerator and coffee machine, which made me feel very convenient. The bathroom was also very clean and provided all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
