The facility was nice. The food was delicious. Staff was generally great, but it was difficult for them to accommodate a large group (14). The refused to seat us together and it was a struggle every time even when we were hoping to celebrate a birthday. Some requests were also contingent on who you spoke to. Policies did not seem to be consistent

Excellent food and facilities for kids, the beach is not as bad as what other people described. However, I think the cleanliness should be improved as I found the water in the hot tube to be quite dirty.

Check in was very easy. Room was clean and everything was fine. The servers at breakfast and the entire front desk and bellmen were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good and rooftop bar and pools/hot tub were in great shape. Will definitely stay again.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Vista Vallarta in December 2024. The was great and very helpful.
Our room was in the new tower and was big with a great view of the ocean and beach. The room could have been cleaner as the floor looked as though it was mopped with a dirty mop and the walls were dirty. The bed and bathroom were clean and our water was stocked daily. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee provided (maybe you need to ask for this?)
The pool was heated and the service as the pool bar was great. The food was also good and service was fast during the day. The restaurant does close early (8:00pm with last call around 7:30pm) so if you are looking for any nightly entertainment there is none at this hotel.
The location is a bit of a ways from central Bucerias. If you enjoy a long walk it is walkable. We had a golf cart so it was easy to get around.

The staff at check in were awesome. We came quite late but Elias (I think) his name was was super nice and helpful. They brought our bags up to our room and we settled in for the night. He gave us some advice for where to draw and exchange money from trusted places which we appreciated. On the second day, we went to the bank to draw money that he had recommended and left our bank card in the ATM. We only realized when we got back. Malena at the front desk organized a golf buggy to take us back to the bank asap and hallelujah, they had our card safe and sound. We used the pool and got some drinks from the pool bar which were delicious. Unfortunately our stay was only short but it is a beautiful place to stay with very friendly staff.

Amazing
When we went, the hotel was basically dominated by a corporate event that was happening. They pretty much took over the whole hotel (pool, beach, everywhere), without officially doing a buyout. We wished the hotel would have informed us and let us know ahead of time so we wouldn’t have stayed there. It felt like a vegas party vibe. It didn’t not give a luxury hotel vibe for that reason. Had I gone another time, I would’ve enjoyed the hotel more. But from my time there this time, it felt overhyped and not worth the Michelin keys or the price point. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just felt average to me plus the Vegas corporate crowd.

GGuest UserEverything was ok except no one was there to check in so we had a hard time getting in touch with the manager to open the door for us. The neighbors helped us to reach out to her and finally we got the code to get in. Location was great we right in the center of everything. The roof look completely different than what was on the website there was a bunch of stuff up there you could not hang around there.

Gorgeous property with such attention to detail. Every room has a great view. All good and drinks on property were outstanding. The spa is well worth it for use of the special pool and amenities. Love the Conrad and this location doesn’t disappoint

It was very relaxing and so nice. Everyone was very accommodating and so nice. The pools and getting drinks was excellent . Enjoyed the spa amazing. Got to see rhythm of the nights. We will definitely be back again.
