Akses laut yang mudah: Lokasinya sangat baik. Anda boleh pergi island hopping (RM50) dan melihat matahari terbenam (RM250) terus dari hotel. Ia lebih bebas kebimbangan dan menjimatkan masalah anda menaiki teksi berulang-alik. Selepas berpeluh di laut, anda boleh berjalan semula ke bilik untuk mandi.
Kemudahannya sangat lengkap: hotel ini agak besar, dengan kedua-dua kolam renang biasa dan kolam infiniti, tempat untuk berjalan dan berbaring, makan dan menonton persembahan bar. Walaupun hotel ini agak lama, saya rasa nisbah harga/prestasi masih bagus.
Bilik: Apabila memilih bilik, disyorkan untuk memilih Bilik Tertinggi, yang nampaknya telah diubah suai dan jauh dari bar. Jika tidak, bising jika bar menyanyi sehingga lewat.
Tambahan pula nampak ikan-ikan kecil dan biawak di jeti hotel hahahaha

Pemandangan dan bilik yang begitu indah. Tetapi bilik saya tidak mempunyai pemandangan. Hanya bersantai di sekitar resort. Tetapi saya mendapat layanan yang tidak baik daripada penerimaan tetamu mengenai bertanya tentang aktiviti. Harap dapat memperbaikinya. Harap dapat upgrade lagi tentang kebersihan.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Saya amat menghargai perkhidmatan pelanggan yang diberikan oleh staf di sini kerana mereka sangat membantu. Kami menginap di sana sempena LIMA dan berpeluang bersiar-siar di sekitar Langkawi dengan menaiki motosikal, walaupun pada waktu itu musim hujan. Mereka membenarkan kami daftar masuk awal pada jam 11 pagi, serta membenarkan kami menyimpan beg di ruang bagasi untuk seketika selepas daftar keluar. Suasana dan pemandangan di hotel ini sangatlah menakjubkan. Terima kasih juga kepada Trip.com kerana telah bertanggungjawab dengan menggantikan penginapan saya setelah pembatalan tempahan pertama saya yang telah dibuat pembayaran.

Lokasi hotel ini di Pantai Cenang boleh tahanlah. Ada 7-Eleven betul-betul depan hotel, senang nak ke pasar malam dan tempat makan, dan juga dekat dengan pantai. Walau bagaimanapun, pilihan sarapan pagi tak banyak. Berus gigi dan pengering rambut pun tak disediakan, jadi kena bawa sendiri.
Yang paling mengecewakan ialah layanan kaunter hadapan yang pilih kasih terhadap tetamu. Kami tiga keluarga semuanya menempah Bilik Keluarga Superior; seorang melalui Agoda, seorang lagi melalui Qunar, dan saya pula melalui Ctrip. Semua orang dapat bilik yang mengikut tempahan, siap ada balkoni dan pemandangan laut. Tapi saya seorang je yang dapat bilik 1006. Bilik ni di tingkat tengah, tak ada balkoni, mengadap jalan, dan kat luar pulak tengah ada kerja renovasi yang sangat bising sampai langsung tak boleh rehat.
Tambahan pula, dalam bilik ni, tak tahu la dari mana, mungkin enjin pendingin hawa ke apa, setiap 10 minit akan mengeluarkan bunyi berdengung dan rasa macam seluruh bilik bergegar. Satu malam pun tak dapat tidur lena. Saya rasa masalah bunyi bising ni memang susah nak diselesaikan. Harap-harap tak adalah orang lain dapat bilik ni lagi.
Servis Ctrip memang bagus, cepat ambil tindakan dan keesokan harinya dapat tukar balik ke bilik yang mengikut tempahan. Kalau dapat bilik yang betul, memang jauh lebih selesa. Cuma, kena daftar keluar semula jam 12 tengah hari, lepas tu nak kena daftar masuk semula jam 3 petang. Ini memang sangat menjejaskan pengalaman menginap saya.

SSuzie RFrom the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The views across the sea were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise — waking up each morning to those stunning colours over the water was a real highlight of the stay.
The hotel facilities were excellent, with large swimming pools for both adults and children, plenty of comfortable sunbeds available throughout the day, and two fantastic bars. The swim-up bar was perfect for relaxing in the pool with a drink, while the beach bar created a wonderful laid-back atmosphere right by the sea. Evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable, adding to the overall holiday experience without ever feeling overwhelming.
The food was another standout feature. There was an impressive variety every day, and the quality and taste genuinely surpassed expectations. Every meal felt fresh, well-prepared, and catered for all tastes.
What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their hospitality made the hotel feel welcoming and relaxed throughout our stay.
One of the most memorable experiences was the quick speedboat taxi to the private island — a unique touch that made the holiday feel even more special. The hotel also offered plenty of complimentary activities including tennis courts, pickleball, snooker, and more, which added great value and meant there was always something to do.
Although the rooms were slightly dated, they suited the hotel perfectly and added to the authentic Langkawi charm — relaxed, comfortable, and full of character. Rather than feeling tired, the hotel had a genuine laid-back vibe that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel and a real hidden gem. With incredible views, fantastic facilities, wonderful food, and exceptional staff, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Langkawi.

My stay at A Coral Reefs Resort from 21–23 March started off acceptable, but what happened after check-out was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s professionalism and integrity.
After I had already left the property and arrived at the airport, I received a call accusing me of being involved in a missing RM1200 reported by three foreign guests. This accusation was based solely on a vague CCTV clip showing me sitting in the lobby and putting something into my pocket.
Let me be absolutely clear: such an allegation, made without concrete evidence, is irresponsible and unacceptable.
The hotel’s account of the incident was inconsistent and unreliable. I was first told the money was left on a table, and later it was claimed to be inside a pair of pants. The inability to establish even the most basic facts seriously calls into question the credibility of the entire claim.
Even more concerning is the timeline. If the alleged incident took place on 21 March, why was I only contacted on 23 March, after I had already checked out and reached the airport? This delay reflects either poor internal handling or a lack of proper investigation.
The CCTV clip provided was incomplete and unclear. It merely shows me placing my own personal belongings (my phone and medicated oil) into my pocket. There is absolutely no evidence that I handled or took any cash.
Relying on such selective and inconclusive footage to imply wrongdoing is not only unprofessional, but also unfairly damaging to a guest’s reputation.
We have formally requested the full CCTV footage to ensure transparency and proper verification of facts. Failure to provide complete and unedited recordings will only further undermine the credibility of this accusation.
If this matter is not handled appropriately, we will not hesitate to escalate it through formal complaint channels.
Guests should be aware that without clear evidence, this establishment is willing to cast suspicion based on assumptions rather than facts.

GGuest UserThe resort was AMAZING all the people were super welcoming from the receptionist to the cleaners to the people driving the shuttle bus specially Amirul, was incredibly kind and informative. My room was to die for, very dreamy and for sure I used the jacuzzi every time I could, the view was spectacular, the food was delicious, the fire show was very cool. I didn’t want to leave. I 100%%% recommend it.

UUmm NurWe arrived at 12.30pm but our room wasn’t ready yet. When I went to the front desk to ask if there was an activity room for my children, the manager on duty at that time, Shukri, personally showed us the 2 activity rooms for different age groups on the second floor. I thought that was excellent service. Thank you, Shukri!
When I went to the front desk later to ask about our room, I was surprised as we had gotten an unexpected upgrade to the 2-bedroom suite with ocean view because the room type I had booked wasn’t available.
The suite was much bigger than what we had paid for and very spacious for the 4 of us. It was on a high floor with a balcony at the main bedroom with ocean and sunset view. There is also a balcony for the other bedroom which had the mountain view. The suite is at the end of the floor and it also has another balcony along the entire length of the suite from front to back. The balconies give you unblocked views of the whole surrounding which was awesome!
On our last night there which was a Friday night, the hotel had a bbq by the beach for paid diners and it also came with a fire show. I think the bbq is every Friday and Saturday so you could watch the fire show without having to go to Hidden Cafe or Chenang Beach.
We really enjoyed the big space in the suite and the magnificent views from up there. If you are travelling with children, do consider the 2-bedroom suite. You would appreciate having another bathroom and less waiting time when everyone needs to get ready before going out. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. There was a wide variety and some food options change daily.
We would love to be back there again one day. We had a great time as a family. Trust me, this is not a paid promo!

GGuest UserIf you're traveling with kids, book a room by the pool. Just slide the glass door and you're right in the water. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of protein. Refill service is super fast. Even during busy season, the buffet stays well-stocked through breakfast. The beach has plenty of sun beds, and the spot itself is fantastic. That said, in my experience, the jet skis and other activities make the beach and nearby area feel more commercial than private. It’s not your typical huge resort with buggies and all-inclusive, but it’s perfect for a quick two-night stay, good breakfast, clean beach, and sunbathing.. Cenang Mall is about a 15-minute walk, and there are lots of small restaurants nearby. Keep in mind, when we stayed there, there was construction next door, so the views and noises weren’t ideal for a holiday.

FFifi MatsThe hotel is located a short drive from the airport; but also tucked away from the noise of the city. Taxi fare to tourist hotspots is generally low (MYR11-23) due to its convenient location. Perfect for travellers who want a scenic and tranquil break from their busy lives, but also want easy access to shops and nightlife (food stalls, etc.). Super neat rooms and excellent staff all around. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is because the fitness room needs some work, and it takes about half an hour for the a/c in there to cool the space down. Not great if you want a quick workout before heading out for the day. Overall, highly recommend! I would come back here again without a second thought. Worth every penny!

Bawah hotel ada kedai2 makan , ada convenience shop speedmart dekat area hotel, depan hotel ada hospital Pantai and not far from the hotel ada Shopping Mall. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy but not the pillows. If u wanna find a place to stay for a short stay like 2days or 3days, can consider this hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe amenities were great,( i didnt try, but they look nice), nice infinity pool, located at the beach side. Breakfast area was nice, great deaogn, food variation was okay. I get to enjoy a nice sunset at the beach. The downside is the cleanliness of the room. The room smells of cigarette, so I asked for room freshener. They came and sprayed, but the smell still linger. I didnt say anything since I was quite tired. The floor was not vacuum, I can feel the sand on the floor when I stepped into the room, there are a lot at the room entrance. I had to wear slipper everytime. The space near the toilet was a bit cleaner, but still can feel the sand. It is not comfortable to pray. The WC was dirty, got yellowish stain at the bowl. The check in experience was not really smooth for me. I arrived at 1pm, asking if I can check in early, and they said the room was not ready, so I understand. I waited for 40 minutes, but it was still not ready. Then I went out for work, came back at 6.30 pm, but the check in was still not ready, and I need to wait for a while to get my room card even though they said that a room was assigned, I thought they have checked in for me, but no, they asked for my ID again. I left my luggage earlier, and they just left it in the open. The window locked was broken, even when I try to close, it opened by itself, no wonder I can hear the loud music and animal sound (like a bird or something, its loud and i can here it throughout my stay) I only realized that the window opened itself in the morning because the lock was broken, no wonder the aircond was not cold. I didnt realize because i didnt open the curtain till the next morning. Overall experience was not so good with the room, I was tired and upset with the room cleanliness. Apart from the ambience and the pool area, I dont think the hotel is up to 4-star standard in terms of cleanliness and hospitality.
