Our train was several hours late and we didn’t arrive until 22:30, but the manager responded to our messages and reassured us that he would be available when we arrived. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast that we purchased was very good. You can’t beat the price!

酒店很好找，風景不錯，也很乾凈衞生，帶孩子去的，房訂的三張床的，結果前台人員搞錯，給了個面湖的雙床，兩張80CM小小的床，老公衹能去當地朋友家做了一晚廳長，第二天才調換成三人床。當天正好是元旦跨年夜，因房間面湖，很多人都在午夜跨年時放起了煙花，我和孩子坐在酒店的床上看了一夜的煙花🎆，也算是一個完美的錯誤。

A good hotel right in the center of the city. There are some supermarkets nearby. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Since there is nobody at the reception, you need to retrieve your door key-card from an ATM Machine inside the corridor of the hotel when you enter. No pb. Well done. Very good location in the historical center.

Das Hotel war sehr Nah in der Innenstadt. Einmal üner die Straße und man ist schon an der schönen Kirche und am Stadtsee.
Es war ein wenig hrllhörig aber es war sehr gemütlich und sauber und das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Es war besser als ich es für mich vorgestellt hatte.

I had no problem with this hotel. Room was spotless apart from the hairdryer. Location is perfect. Supermarket round the corner for cheaper food. Also one in shopping center behind hotel. Next to the harbour. Reception was always happy snd cheerful. I rented a car from literally round the corner. Use getaround app. Breakfast was brilliant. Can't beat a bacon egg roll. Smoothie was lush as well. If I could have one thing for the room it would have to be a fridge.

after 3pm there is no one manning the reception. if you arrive late due to your road trip having some delays, do not fret. call them using the TRIP app instead of your mobile (if you are a foreigner with a overseas service provider) to avoid roaming costs. We had an issue with the book in, but all settled when we reached the professional service desk who was good with English and they guided us through the check in process.

This is the better hotel among the hotels I have stayed during my trip to Norway. It's value for money. The booking comes with an impressive buffet breakfast. The room is cozy and clean. They provide a bath mat in the bathroom and they clean your room everyday. Location is good. A few minutes to the train and bus station in Stavanger. Close to the Stavanger centrum. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Totally recommend the hotel as a base camp for Pulpit rock. Also very good service from staff big thank you as there was an issue with the booking confirmation and they were very flexible to give us alternate rooms even though we arrived in the middle of the night. BIG thank you.the hotel is near waterfront and there is a cool viking ship parked.

The hotel is located in the city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations. Most attractions are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The included breakfast offers a good variety of options to enjoy. We travelled as a family, so the room felt a bit small for us, but it wasn’t a problem since we only needed it for sleeping.

The hotel provided great service, I particularly like the delicious Norwegian food it catered for the guests, and I wish to extend my compliment to the staff Miss Pen, a sweet lady from Thailand for her friendliness and warm service. Perhaps the room for improvement is the hotel house keeping in term of cleanliness and tidiness. Thank you.

I stayed in a single room, which was too small in size, but very cozy.Very comfortable bed! High level of cleanliness. Excellent buffet for breakfast with many options. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Service at the restaurant didn't match the level of the cousine. Overall my experienced was positive 👍👍
