Love the smart hotel, easy check in. Perfect location with bus, ferry terminal, groceries, shopping mall all within 5 minute walk. The room is also spacious. Definitely value for money. I will recommend all to stay when you are in Harstad.

Great hotel and views are amazing. Room small but enough and very clean. Lobby restaurant cannot hold many for dinner so when snowed in, hard to get dinner seat in hotel last minute. Rooftop bar is great and the restaurant on rooftop doesn’t open for lunch which is shame as would have amazing views during day.

Very quiet environment with great scenery. We're lucky to able to see aurora with clear sky. Very helpful check in staff with very nice dinner and breakfast 😋

The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

Good location. Close to everything. No elevator which not suitable for travelers who bring large suitcases.

Upon check-in, I was told that our booking of a twin bedroom was entitled to only one welcoming drink, providing one drink for two guests was disappointing. For breakfast, the hotel advised that the first hour would be busy, but the non-rush hours were even more crowded, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room; guests must go to the 11/F common area for hot water, which was extremely inconvenient. On a positive note, the gym was reasonably good. The view from 11/F is stunning. Overall, while there were some highlights, key areas need improvement.

Excellent ! J’ai reservé sans prêter attention et j’ai été surpris. L’auto check-in est très simple, il y a un grand parking gratuit. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. La pièce commune pour se poser le soir est incroyable, digne d’un vrai chalet de montagne. Il y a un piano, un platine vinyles, des jeux de cartes, des livres, un poil à bois et des baies vitrées avec vu sur le fjord. Une vrai ambiance chaleureuse. De plus il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge à libre disposition. Les cuisines sont très bien équipées et il y a en plus un placard réservées uniquement pour la « Free food ». Il y a également des boites de rangement annotées pour la nourriture de chaque chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande cet hébergement, j’y reviendrais dans le futur.

Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!
