"We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back"

"We enjoyed our stay even just for one night. The room is clean and the bathroom also. The aircon is nice and we enjoyed that also. The only one that I don't like is when we check out at the front desk they said that we have a balance even though I already paid online, they said that it's for the food that we ordered even though we did not ordered anything. They did not even explain how that happened and did not even apologize for the mix up or confusion."

"One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again."

First time to be here and to stay in legazpi. So I am clueless about the place. At first, I had doubts and had second thoughts about the place but when I searched the place I was amazed because it's accessible to banks and malls. Above all, I like their bed, toilet and the security of the place especially since I am solo traveling. The toilet is spacious and clean. The bed is so comfy. And the staff is so friendly and nice. I will for sure stay here again.

Our stay at The Proxy was nothing short of memorable. The highlight for me was definitely their breakfast buffet. Even though I’m usually a late breakfast person around 9 AM, I made it a point to wake up early just to enjoy it. It became one of the daily limelights of my vacation. Totally worth adjusting my routine! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially their manager, Pat Bruzo. They didn’t just welcome us warmly, but also handled last-minute additional bookings for my husband’s family since we were there for our wedding. That kind of service really makes a difference. Dining at The Proxy Bar turned out to be a hidden gem. Compared to eating outside, it was more affordable, with bigger servings and better flavors. For example, dining out at the mall cost us around ₱2000 for just three dishes (3 kids and 4 adults). At The Proxy, we had a feast. Food and drinks galore for 5 kids and 6 adults & it was less than ₱3000. We couldn’t even finish everything! Truly mas sulit. Because of these experiences, it’s become our tradition: every time we go home to Bicol, we make sure to stay at The Proxy. It feels like our second home now.

Starmark Hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a busy day. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with essential amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. One of the hotel's strengths is its courteous and accommodating staff. From check-in to check-out, the team is professional, responsive, and always willing to assist guests with their needs. The breakfast selection is satisfying, offering a variety of local and international dishes to start the day. Its strategic location provides easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping centers, and key attractions, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. The hotel also offers reliable Wi-Fi, ample parking, and good overall facilities that contribute to a comfortable experience. While the overall experience is very positive, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve, such as modernizing some room furnishings and expanding the breakfast menu during peak occupancy periods. Pros: • Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms • Friendly, professional, and helpful staff • Good breakfast with a decent variety • Convenient location near restaurants and commercial areas • Reliable Wi-Fi and ample parking • Good value for money Cons: • Some rooms could benefit from updated furnishings • Breakfast options can be limited during busy periods • Minor maintenance improvements would further enhance the guest experience Overall, Starmark Hotel provides excellent value for money and delivers a comfortable stay with quality service. It is a reliable choice for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and hospitality at an affordable price.

We had a wonderful family stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The hotel offers one of the best views of Mayon Volcano, and waking up to such a stunning landscape was truly unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent for both adults and kids. The location is convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like Cagsawa Ruins, Daraga Church, and Sumlang Lake. It also has ample parking, which was a plus since we traveled by car. Overall, The Oriental Legazpi exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth booking. We would gladly stay here again.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.
