Reception staff was very polite and friendly Cleaning staff was super efficient, professional and honest.I forgot my wallet and in two days I received back Breakfast was made by local ingredients and very tasty In my room was a coffee maker with pads and the caffe taste was also good The room was big and quiet So the conclusion: I highly recommend this hotel
Hotel Timisoara

We had a great stay at this conveniently hotel. My husband attended an international conference and we stayed a few days to see the city. The hotel is located in the walkable historical town and was a perfect place from which to see the city. The area is full of patio dining, shops, and historic sites. Our room was comfortable and the reception answered questions when needed.

Very nice hotel. Clean, cosy, modern, very comfortable room, super nice restaurant with quality and great food and professional staff. A real joy to stay here and a great choice for dinner. Our stay was more than a joyful experience. The infos in the hotel tv system aren’t updated, but this is just a small detail- only to have a negative remark :) I’m strongly recommend this place!

Struttura accettabile, l’armadio cadeva a pezzi e ti restava l’anta in mano, ci hanno dato una camera con matrimoniale e brandina ma noi eravamo in quattro (colpa nostra secondo loro perche’ non ci siamo spiegati bene) cosi’ abbiamo dormito in tre nel matrimoniale per 8 giorni, personale mediamente scortese e scorbutico, mai mezzo sorriso, ne’ buongiorno ne’ buonasera, sembravano tutti molto scocciati o arrabbiati, tranne la signora che faceva le pulizie ogni ogni giorno, sempre gentile e sorridente. Diciamo che va bene se non trovi niente altro, ma la gentilezza non e’ il loro forte.

The only aspect that corresponds to the 4 stars is the price. the rest of the services are a mess. - bathroom is not properly cleaned, you have only one towel available even if the reservation was for 2 persons. you need to ask for another towel and bathroom amenities. - the breakfast is pretty ok but it doesn't offer a wide range of choices. it's like you wanna eat at home and you didn't shop for food. you don't starve but you are not pleased. - the room windows are dirty. the shared balcony is even dirtier. - if you are unlucky enough to get the room right above the hotel entrance like I was, you should expect to stay awake all night. the receptionist called in some friends and listened to music and drank beer all night. we called at around 2-3 am and asked them to stop and hey said ”sure”... not long after, they decided to move the party outside, in front of the hotel, right under our window. called the reception again, didn't answer, obviously, opened the window, saw the receptionist drinking a beer, he ran inside. called again, and asked them to stop because I wanted to sleep after a 600km drive. they said sure! everything stopped after about 20-30 minutes. it was already 4am. next morning, we discussed with another guy that was at the reception and demanded to speak to the manager and, surprise surprise, the manager was not there Saturday morning. we could only speak with somebody from management on Monday. when our trip and stay at this hotel ends. too little too late. since I wasn't able to contact a manager, I asked for a room change, and the receptionist said that he will not give us another room because what happened is not a solid case for a room change. it is unbelievable that at a 4 star hotel, the employees make your stay horrible. I have never felt or heard something like this. and I can't do anything about it. what is even more unbelievable is that you can't contact somebody from the management team till day day your vacation ends.. Under no circumstances I can recommend this hotel. it's not a 4 star hotel, maybe, just maybe, 3. Management team and the staff have a lot to learn about what a 4 star hotel should look like and how the services should be. To conclude, I don't recommend this hotel. stay away from this if you want to have a good vacation.
NH Timisoara

It was my 3rd time in NH Timisoara and they never miss - another great stay! A very welcoming and helpful staff, great service, clean and convenient hotel - I asked for a (very) early check-in and they managed to do that which made a huge difference for me. Their only problem - the wifi is not good. This hotel is very recommended, and I will surely stay there in my next trip to Timisoara. Thank you very much !
Tresor Le Palais Timisoara, Curio Collection by Hilton

We had an amazing experience with this Tresor Le Palais last weekend for our wedding. The service was outstanding, and the event was exactly what we had hoped for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Cristian (Head Event Manger) leading up to the wedding and throughout the day. Cristian and his team went above and beyond to help us create the perfect wedding, even bringing the warmth and sunshine. Catalin (Reception Manager), Dragos and David the team on the Reception gave us the luxury service expected for a 5* hotel throughout our 4 day stay. Helping myself and our 17 guests continue the wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Tresor for your luxury stay or event. It is close to the airport and city centre.

STEIN Collection is by far the best option for a stopover of one night or even two for any trip that passes through the Banat of Romania (Timisoara area). Two months have passed since I had one of the most pleasant experiences related to the hospitality industry in Romania. Coming from Nuremberg and having Bucharest as our destination, we proposed to stop in Arad or Timisoara in the evening of that day which was fast approaching due to the slow traffic and the endless queue at the border with Romania. On the recommendation of a friend, I called the hotel, which we were to find out on arrival is right at the entrance to Timisoara, asking the young lady at the hotel reception to book for us two rooms and asking if there was any possibility to have a simple dinner date being the estimated time of arrival (00:30 AM). The fact that we were waited on by the young lady at the reception, whose name I later found out was Diana, who prepared our diner in the hotel restaurant at that very late hours and had the patience to serve us with everything that was available considering the circumstances, was a proof that there are people who have a natural vocation to work in the hospitality industry. The perfect cleanliness, the huge and above all safe parking, the interior garden carefully tended by the gardener since the early hours of the morning, the modern design line of the rooms as well the wonderful breakfast made parting and hitting the road more difficult than ever. We did it with the promise to stop whenever we have the opportunity in this place that stands out from the local patterns, first of all due to the quality of the services and the staff. Thank you once again!
Savoy Hotel

the location is good, close to the Cathedral and Bega , but outside the main pedestrian avenue - due to that, the hotel is cozy, not noisy there is parking area to the lower level ; iti is not a big area, but it is functional the room and the bathroom were good, according with our expectations; we stayed only one night, so we have nothing to say about the cleaning during the day breakfast - good enough overall, we will keep this hotel as the first option for Timisoara
