If you're looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it. The amenities are all provided, including a fully stocked pantry, and the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's just a 10-minute walk to the city center, so the location is excellent. However, the bed is very soft, the blankets are not great, and the lack of consistent hot water for shower can be an issue.

The hotel looks remodeled. It is very modern with a lot of modern conveniences. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. Very walkable to the city center and to the fortress from that location. They will give you a free voucher for breakfast and vouchers for 10% off of any other meals you buy from their restaurant around the corner. However, you do have to present the voucher to the waiter before they take your order. I made the mistake the first night by not giving the waiter my voucher for dinner, and when I presented it to him after when I got the bill, he would not accept it. He asked his manager the manager declined the voucher. Their excuse was they had already rang it up in the system and they couldn’t re-ring it. I find that hard to believe but it is what it is so I paid full price.

Апартаменты чистые, очень удобный матрас, супер жесткий. Подушки высоковаты, если кому-то это важно. Номер чистый, все в целом хорошо. Из минусов - на нашем этаже был ремонт в соседних апартаментах, просыпались под ремонтные звуки в 9 утра ) Хотелось бы добавить крючки в ванную, который не на двойном скотче, а что-то покрепче. Из минусов на этом все.
На первом этаже хороший ресторан, завтраками европейские, все вкусно.

Если подробно, то вижу одни плюсы.
Очень понравился отель и персонал отеля. Интерьер современный , красивый, чистые уютные номера, отличная кровать и подушки , шикарный матрас- как облачко! При заселении встретили с улыбкой и приятной беседой, учли все наши пожелания.
Есть подземная парковка , есть зона СПА с хамамом, сауной с панорамным видом на город , джакузи.
Про завтраки не могу сказать ничего , так как не брали. Если заказывать отдельно , то 22 евро с чел. В округе много кофеен , которые работают с 8.00, ходили туда.
Отель находится не в самом центре города , пешком около 2 км, но неудобств нам это не доставило , пешая прогулка всегда идет на пользу 🙂
Отель оставляет приятные впечатления и желание вернуться , для меня это главный ориентир )

Место хорошее , цена приемлемая . Не было WiFi 5 дней из 8 . Еще внимание к иностранцам кто приезжает . При въезде в Сербию и заселении , по закону вы обязаны в течении 24 часов делать регистрацию в полиции( БЕЛЫЙ КАРТОН) . То есть собственник жилья обязан сразу с вами пойти и это сделать без него не получится . В противном случае при выезде из Сербии можете столкнуться с проблемой что не было регистрации . Договаривайтесь об этом сразу еще при бронировании , чтобы не было накладок . Гостиницы делают это сразу сами автоматически . А в апартаментах как в этих нужно делать с хозяином . И если он не может , не хочет или некогда а у вас пройдут сутки , то проблема которая может возникнуть будет только вашей проблемой ( а она может быть большой ) . В остальном все прекрасно . Замечательный город , прекрасные люди .

RRINAAfter reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room.
It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good. Choice of a few items with orange juice and coffee. Location of Kombinat rooms was awesome. Just a minute into the church square in old town.

There are many supermarkets around, which is very convenient. There is a super popular pizza shop downstairs, which is very popular! GGuest UserThe apartments are clean, very convenient mattress, super hard. The pillows are high if anyone is important. The room is clean, everything is good overall. Of the downsides - on our floor there was repair in the neighboring apartments, woke up under repair sounds at 9 a.m. ) I would like to add hooks to the bathroom, which is not on a double scotch, but something stronger. On the first floor a good restaurant, breakfasts are European, everything is delicious.

GGuest UserYou know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The mentality collapsed when the fourth one appeared. Looking for the front desk to change rooms. The room we booked was originally very big, but the small room we changed later did not make up the difference. I was tired after playing for a day and didn't want to reason with them. Although the front desk gave us a bottle of red wine as compensation, I still have to give him a bad review. It really affects the mood of traveling too much. By the way, I also know that people don't do secret things. I told them at the front desk that I must complain to you. You are not eligible for five-star online reviews.

The room is big and quite nice. Breakfast included, great value.
