Shout-out also to Khadijah our housekeeping manger who made sure all is smooth at arrival.. Really appreciated! Room is classy, clean, and sharp! Hotel is in good location few steps from ferry terminal. Personnel are extremely friendly! Please stay here.

The rooms are warm and comfortable, clean and hygienic, no noise impact, and the surrounding environment is elegant. There is a cafeteria on the second floor, a gym with all the equipment, and the swimming pool water quality is crystal clear.

Check in and check out is disgusting It takes a while only 1 receptionist available When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same  If your planning to check out and your in a hurry better leave early or you will be late

The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future.

Downstairs is the pier to Zanzibar Island, which is convenient for traveling. The hotel is also very safe, with security checks and security guards at the door. The room is spacious and clean.

I recently visited this hotel and the hotel restaurant and had an excellent experience as they offered me an early check-in. The service was good and the waiter, Seif, was very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is by the sea and has a restaurant by the sea, which is suitable for a relaxing vacation and the price is very suitable. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and also helped me call a taxi using the local software and patiently answered all my questions.

Happy with the service, staff were polite and helpful...breakfast was descent and room service meals were reasonably price...I especially loved their spring rolls, samosa and masala tea!
