The service at Amanoi was fantastic, meeting the high standards expected from Aman. However, some issues, particularly the unexpected noise, impacted our stay: Noise Disruption - Most Disappointing Aspect: Our first morning was serene, but on the second day, we were unexpectedly awakened by loud machinery noise from a nearby park as early as 6–7 a.m. The disturbance continued throughout the morning, interrupting even our attempt to rest after breakfast. Many guests travel all the way to Amanoi to find peace and tranquility away from city noise, so this was especially disappointing. Although the hotel eventually offered a small compensation after we raised the issue, it would have been preferable if they had addressed it proactively. Location Issues: The location listed on Trip.com was incorrect, causing our Grab driver to drop us at a different place. The driver then charged extra to get us to the correct location. Accurate location information could prevent this inconvenience for future guests. Limited Dining Options - Lack of Pre-arrival Information: Amanoi has only two dining options, with the BBQ restaurant open to the public only on Saturdays. Unfortunately, this detail wasn’t shared with us beforehand, so we missed the BBQ night and had to dine at the same restaurant both nights. While pre-arrival communications were focused on add-on cost services like transportation and visa fast-tracking, providing essential details such as dining schedules and locations would have greatly enhanced our planning and experience. Language Accessibility: My mother reads only in Chinese, and we were given a Chinese menu only during our final meal out of four. Having this option from the beginning would have significantly improved her dining experience.

The hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were amazing. Breakfast delicious and rooms spacious and inviting for families with children. As written in other reviews, the hotel only provided 9 beach umbrellas with seats and they were mostly taken by other guests, meaning that we often had to pay for other seats despite being Havana guests. We wouldn't stay here again for one big reason of noise. The paradise club opposite Havana totally ruins this hotel. It has live singing until past midnight, and the club itself doesn't close until 2.30am. The pool looked fantastic in the photos but in reality it was windy on the 5th floor and the water was cold. We found the beach water so much warmer.

Our family stayed here with our 1 1/2 year old son. We were able to get a crib for him. The location is excellent, just a stones throw away from the beach. The playroom was great for our son. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again. Sunrise views from the ocean front balcony were amazing.

Vinpearl Hotel is a must-stay when visiting Nha Trang. Located directly on Nha Trang Beach, it boasts an exclusive private area with complimentary sun loungers and towel service. The calm sea is ideal for swimming. As a Vinpearl property, guests can purchase VinWonders (Vinpearl Land) tickets at the hotel for a 10% discount; facial recognition then provides seamless and convenient access to the cable car and the park. Remember to pick up a Vin Bus ticket from the front desk, which allows for free bus rides using a QR code throughout your stay. The ocean-view rooms are stunning, situated in a 44-story high-rise building directly opposite Vinpearl Island. These rooms are bathed in natural sunlight, making it easy to dry clothes. The breakfast spread is also very extensive. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service, I could understand that am going to have a perfect 8 days stay at this amazing place just by taking to the staff members, and didn't disappointed a bit The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times.. The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names 😀) Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well My best wishes to the whole team and staff members ❤️

Absolutely wonderful stay – paradise found! We stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything here was simply perfect, from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel like cherished guests every single day. The beach is breathtaking: soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels always available. Truly a dream setting. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh white linen and a super comfortable mattress. Housekeeping did an amazing job. And the view from our balcony… just wow. I could have stayed there for hours just admiring the peaceful beauty of the sea. The pool area is another highlight — the water is pleasantly warm and incredibly clean, with no harsh smell of chlorine. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained and elegant. We didn’t want to leave — and we’d come back a thousand times over. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach getaway with top-notch service.

Great pool, but better come before 8 am to be sure you have a sunbed. Nice small gym. Delicious breakfast and they change main dishes everyday, but have cleaning issues. The floor is not clean after their cleaning and I always find black hair in my room....I'm blondy, so cleaners leave their messages to me on the floor😄. Also it's a bit far from the sea, 10 minutes walking, and the road , as everywhere in Vietnam is not safe to cross, but to get to the seaside you must cross 3 roads. Also my room window was facing the....wall.

The room size and layout were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic, convenient for dining and shopping, and the area is quite lively. Breakfast offered good variety, with the menu changing daily. Now, for a few minor downsides, just for your reference. Having visited Nha Trang three times before, all my previous hotels provided complimentary beach chairs and towels on the beach. This hotel, however, does not offer free beach chairs; they charge 300,000 VND per chair per use. This is an expense that could be avoided when staying at comparable hotels in the same price range. Secondly, most hotels in Nha Trang (excluding those on Vinpearl Island) typically require a passport or a 300 RMB cash deposit at the front desk, which is then refunded after room inspection at check-out. While check-out at other hotels has always been smooth, this hotel attempted to deduct from my deposit, claiming three spoons were missing during the room inspection. As someone with a strong aversion to using hotel items (I bring my own sheets, pillowcases, tooth mugs, toothbrushes, etc.), I certainly wouldn't use hotel spoons. Furthermore, although the hotel didn't provide an inventory list, I distinctly remember not seeing any spoons when I checked in. They were never present or used during my four-night stay. After a lengthy discussion with the front desk, I eventually got my full deposit back. It's not about being unable to pay a fine, but being unfairly accused of stealing left a very sour taste. Importantly, cutlery is available at breakfast. In such hot weather, I wouldn't even drink hot coffee, so a coffee spoon would be completely useless to me. Who would take it? And how can they be sure housekeeping didn't simply forget to place them in the room? Staying in a suite for four nights, do they really think I can't afford a spoon? I can't help but wonder if this incident was a result of certain individual staff members' actions.

Great value for the money. The villa has a spacious living room, great for working; a nice small side garden. The territory is nice, green and well maintained. The staff is professional, it's great to see their sincere smiles. Will try to come here with the whole family next time for the vacation.

The room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy yet elegant touch, making me feel right at home the moment I walked in. The view from the window was absolutely stunning, featuring lush green trees and a sparkling blue swimming pool, which was incredibly serene and relaxing to gaze upon. The room was fully equipped with excellent amenities; the sofa was soft and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom was spacious, and hot water was always readily available. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. The service was absolutely impeccable; the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring all our requests were promptly addressed. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
