Hotel Dengan parking di Carinthia, Austria

So far, this has been the best service I've had since I started my summer holidays this year. I checked in on August 6th around 6 pm, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She communicated all the important information clearly and recommended some nice restaurants to go to and local dishes to try. The next day, there were different staff members at reception, and they always greeted me with a smile — that is priceless in a hotel. I also admired their awareness of climate change and the thoughtful suggestions and encouraging messages in the room about being more proactive on this important issue. In times like these, we need more hotels like this. When we're on vacation, it's easy to use more resources (water, electricity…) than we need because ”we're not at home,” but it's all about our main home 🌎. This boutique hotel is nicely decorated and cosy. Its location is truly convenient — just a 6-minute walk from Villach Hbf and a block or two away from the Old Town. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The city of Klagenfurt is so clean. Worthersee is one of the famous lake in Austria. Among Vienna and Klagenfurt, everyone is drinking clean and safe spring water from Mountain Agils. Outdoor environments are natural, so beautiful. Starting from early Summer, the lake is full of people and tourists, the pricing of hotels will be very high. Outdoor exercises, swimming in the lake, hiking are very suitable. So Winter this moment, this hotel price is pretty reasonable!

The river view room has a very good view, you can see the distant mountains. It is a quiet town. The heating in the room is very sufficient and very comfortable.

The car rental process was smooth and the staff were generally helpful. The vehicle was clean, but there were a few scratches not mentioned beforehand. Pickup took longer than expected, and communication could be improved. Overall, the experience was decent for the price, though there is definitely room for better customer service and efficiency.

Hotel was accommodating to my needs. They didn’t provide me with the accessible room on the first night but they tried their beat to provide me with a room that is more accessible the next morning. Was also given priority parking. Thank you for being accommodating to my needs.

It is a great hotel near the main train station. All the staff are excellent. I would recommend this establishment .

Must give praise! The most satisfying hotel for this trip! Originally, I passed by for one night, but the environment was particularly good, the health was particularly clean, the service staff were very polite, and the breakfast was great! High cost performance! Highly recommended, come back next time!

Very comfortable studio apartment. Check in and check out online only. Nice place to stay. Got stove and can cook.

Great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. The rooftop bar only staying open until 10 PM is a bit of a shame. It's not clear if that's due to hotel policy or local regulations. I feel bad that the staff have to deal with guests' frustration about this when it's not their fault! A note from management to guests would definitely be helpful here.
