All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Hotel location is good, located between the new city and the old city. The room was clean and odorless, and there were many charging sockets. The breakfast was great, there were many types and the taste was delicious. This price can be said to be very cost-effective, it is highly recommended for Chinese tourists to live here .

During our stopover in Dhaka, we chose Hotel Afford Inn, located close to the international airport. For a short stay, it turned out to be a very convenient option. Check-in was quick, and the staff was polite and always ready to help. Getting to the airport takes just a few minutes, which is especially convenient for early or late-night flights. This hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service. Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money. We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person.

We stayed at this hotel for our U.S. Embassy interview, and its location was extremely convenient as it is very close to the embassy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were also very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a U.S. Embassy interview.

I arrived in Dhaka late at night and stayed for one night. I had pre-booked a paid airport transfer, and they gave clear instructions on where the driver would be waiting, so meeting up was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with both Western and Bangladeshi options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

An outstanding stay — the best in Bangla I stayed here during my time in Bangla, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The facilities were excellent, the service flawless, and the hospitality truly exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

This hotel is quite good for Bangladesh standards. It has a rooftop pool and gym, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was a little small.
