It was a nice stay with ibis, location was great. The cleaning was not good, I found some hair on the bed, on the floor and in the shower from previous customers. I took pictures too. Other than that, we were very happy to return again. I would like to thank to a staff Camila at front desk. It was 27 June. She was very friendly and helpful. She is definitely a gem for your company.

This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything. I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready. That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

The location is very good, right in the city centre. Walking distance to attraction places and it only takes minutes. The only dislike thing about this place was we booked 2 rooms, our room is fine,but my parents room is super smelly, the carpet stink all over the room. Recommend ppl come to this place, ask the hotel staff for the upper floors room.

On arrival we were greted by a lovely chap he explained hotel policies and explained where our room was . We entered our room and was so disappointed it was dated and the bathroom had hair it and not clean. The lovely chap on reception gave us another room and apologise we went into that room but their was a light loose hanging from the bathroom ceiling. Next room was third time lucky it was clean but basic .breakfast was lovely. But went to order food from bar that was advertised, but was not available as only one member of staff working bar and reception.

One of the worst lodging experiences out of the hundreds of trips I’ve taken. The story begins with me mistakenly booking for august 11-13, 2023 instead of the intended dates of august 12-14, 2023. So, I made an additional reservation for august 13-14, 2023, to stay as planned. Both reservations were fully prepaid on agoda.com (€199 for the first 2 days and €108 for the third day). Upon checking in on august 12, 2023, I was informed that the 'paid-for' room was already occupied by someone else, and I was not allowed to use it. Their reason was that I didn't check in on august 11, 2023. The hotel voluntarily cancelled my reservation and ”gave the room away” to someone else on august 12-13, 2023, WITHOUT ANY CONSENT from me or ANY PRIOR NOTICE. It's a ridiculous joke. I am renting a room, not participating in horse racing or any kind of ******** like that. I'm i don't need to arrive earlier than others to use the room I’ve paid for, right? Even the front desk staff mentioned there was nothing they could do at the time and offered no assistance or resolution for the situation. I struggled to find a hotel on the same day and had to pay a substantial fee for last-minute accommodation in Bruges, while the room I paid for is being rented by the hotel to someone else. As for the second reservation on august 13, 2023, the hotel's conditions were just as terrible as their treatment of customers. There was no nightstand as pictured, not even a single clothes hanger, the room was too hot to close the door in august (no air conditioning or fan), and the noise was unbearable with constant disturbances from the adjacent room's door and footsteps in the corridor. A 'wonderful' experience for a night's stay here, priced at €307. Congratulations, you're certainly running a splendid business. P/s: Bruges is a beautiful city but this hostel is a SHAME.

Le sauna estt sympas le petit dejeuner il y a du choix vois etes sur de manger sucré comme salé. Chambre standard correct avec petit echantillons et cafetiere style nespresso avec 2 capsules de café 2 sachet thé mais pas de boulloir. Lit confortable le hic c est le petit frigo qui fait du bruit toute la nuit ainsi que le chauffage.

The only thing good about the hotel was the location. Every thing else was bad. This is NOT a hotel you should book if you are driving and will like to park your car. The hotel will tell you that there is a huge public parking right across but will not tell you that to get to the parking lot will take 15 minutes of driving though walking back is 5 minutes. Also there are no clear directions and the whole old town is mostly one way. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Color scheme is very dark and lights very gloomy. Paint on walls and even doors are in bad shape. Washroom need lot of upgrades. I would never again stay in this hotel in fact will stay away from NH hotel chain.

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé( beaucoup de chose a visiter à pied c’est très agréable), personnel serviable et agréable, il faut juste prévoir le parking en plus du prix de la chambre l’hôtel car pas de stationnement gratuit dans la rue de l’hôtel

住了四晚，很愉快!酒店在老城裡，位置很贊。出門幾分鐘就到主街上，到主街口左轉就有家超市，走到大廣場鐘樓十分鐘左右。後花園小而雅緻，坐下來點了兩次下午茶，接觸到的酒店服務員都素質高很熱情，是酒店加分項。在前台叫了三次出租車，都是打表價。入住第一天洗手間水槽有點小問題，很温馨的放了張卡片和一盒巧克力。中世紀古城布魯日和這家古堡酒店，會是永恆的美好回憶！

With out question the best hotel and brasserie in Kortrijk. I've stayed there on several occasions while visiting family. I love the friendly, sincere hospitality and attention to detail. Don't miss eating in the brasserie, the food is delicious and far superior to other option in the area. I held a private function there for 20 people, the staff handled the logistics perfectly and the meal was delicious.

My partner and I travelled to Ibis Kortrijk on the way back from the alps for a few night. When we arrived, the reception were polite and informative which we appreciated greatly. We were given a room card on the third floor, the corridors were dark and outdated making it an unpleasant feeling. Our room was no better, photos online of the rooms are very misleading and after we paid over £200 for 2 nights, we were not happy with the room considering we were shown different photos of our room when booking. We went back to reception and asked to upgrade our room, in the end we ended up spending £220 for 2 nights which is obscured for an ibis hotel. We also paid an additional €20 for late departure (17;00 instead of 12;00) as we had a late euro tunnel to catch. The following morning, the breakfast was okay. The yoghurt was all curdled, there were flys on the food and fresh food wasn’t brought out regularly. Once the fruit in the clear container was done, they didn’t bring more out?? The bread and meat however was lovely. But this area needs improvement. The room key cards also disactivated themselves so frequently. We would go out to explore, come back and doesn’t work on the room, so we made numerous trips to and from reception getting this sorted. Parking was near the hotel, but at an underground car park. No street parking nearby. For 2 nights in the hotel, parking cost us €55. €55 for parking, €240 for the hotel including late departure in means almost €300 for 2 nights at an ibis!!!!! The bed was comfy, but the towels in the bathroom were big enough to cover 1 leg, let alone a whole body. The bathrooms were also not particularly clean which again is such a shame, these are such small things to get right! Finally when we came to departure, it came to 12;00 and we had people knocking on the door waking us up as we were trying to get final bits of sleep before a long journey to say we need to leave and we had explained we weren’t checking out until 5. We then go back to bed and at 12;30 reception called saying we’re 30 mins late from checkout???? We had paid the additional €20 for late checkout and this should’ve been communicated and added to the system as we were woken up twice from this which again isn’t on. Overall a pretty disappointing stay. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

I booked this stay not to lose the points I had accumulated so far. We stayed here one night and were warmly welcomed by the manager, who extensively explained the details in these weird times. We took the breakfast for €10 p.p. additionally. Being it a delivery, the breakfast was ok. The junior suite in 130 was big with an extensive bathroom and amenities. The bed is very comfortable. The advertised balcony was not really a balcony but a platform where the air-conditioning unit was placed. The access is not via a door, but via a window.

It is a boat so you are not going to get the biggest rooms you will ever stay in, but you are not staying for space, you are staying for the experience and that is why I have rated this so highly. From the very moment we booked to our departure after our two night stay, it was a friendly experience from Stefan and his crew. On arrival we had a warm welcome and all was explained to us, parking is right outside the boat and is basically 4 euros for 24 hours, you do have to get up to sort out the parking each day at 9am, but as I said its right next to the boat It's nice to have a drink on the upper deck which has an indoor and outdoor area and also I would recommend eating there, its very good value for money and well cooked. All in all perfect for a short stay and handy to walk into Kortricht town centre and also to drive to nearby WWI sites including Ypres etc. For those that are worried that the boat moves, I barely felt it even when big ships went past. I thought long and hard before booking as I knew it was going to be a different experience from a normal hotel, but I am really glad i did and would highly recommend it.

Check in was easy, and the friendly staff had our keys ready & waiting for our arrival--all hotels should do this! The hotel has several fairly swift lifts. The room was well lit and large. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and non-feather pillows--great for allergy sufferers. There were nightstands on each side of the bed with power outlets near the floor--good for two people to charge devices at bedside. The room had a coffeemaker, mini fridge, iron, and ironing board. The shower water pressure was good & the hot water stayed hot. No visible mold in the showers--good job, housekeeping! The towels were just so-so. I've stayed here before & would happily stay again as long as I continue to get good rooms.

Om eerlijk te zijn, het lijkt mij een niet goed gemanaged hotel. Gedateerd design van 2008, mooi maar niet meer up to date. Koel. Jammer want er is zeker potentieel. Het zit ook in kleine dingen, praktische zaken in de kamer zoals tissues, USB aansluiting, bluetooth radio, open badkamer met toilet tot uniformiteit van het personeel. Weinig sfeer, zoals achtergrond muziek en echte planten zouden het geheel wat huiselijker maken. Het ontbijt voor 25€ is basic zonder warme gerechten als roerei of iets anders, wel vers fruit om een positieve noot te geven. Wellness beperkt zich tot enkele dagen waardoor je als gast er niet altijd gebruik kan van maken. Jammer. De dame aan het onthaal was wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij aankomst. Niemand gezien bij vertrek.

Très bien situé. Belle clarté. Mini cuisine. Une brosse pour la vaisselle. Pas de lavette ni d éponge. La hotte très grasse. Boulloire électrique et café soluble. Une cafetière ou équivalent serait le bienvenu puisque pas de petit dej sur place. Literie canapé lit dure. Ecoulement Lavabo sdb très très llent. A rafraîchir dans l ensemble.

recent 3 nachten verbleven in Cocoon hotel Oostende, via een aanbieding bij Tui ( 2+1). Bij het binnenkomen valt direct een andere stijl op tov veel andere hotels. Niettegenstaande wij heel vroeg waren aangekomen mochten wij al direct naar de kamer ( nogmaals dank daarvoor). De kamers achteraan ( zicht op andere flats en koer) zijn heel rustig ( zoals ik gevraagd had) georienteerd. Een goed bed in de hamptons stijl met badkamer met inloopdouche. Ook de doucheproducten zijn van een goede kwaliteit. Wat het ontbijt betreft: tja daar kan ik kort over zijn : TOP !!! Alles is voorhanden en ligt netjes uitgestald! voor het ontbijt alleen komen wij graag terug! Ik vernam dat je tijdens weekdagen ook kan dineren ( op voorhand keuze vast te leggen) maar dit hebben wij niet gedaan ( tal van goede restaurants in Oostende) tot de volgende keer !

The Hotel was nice but our room was quite poor in quality. We were in room 462 on the corner of the building and the windows isulation was deficient and the heater was not sufficient to warm up the room. We felt the wind gowing through the windows... 17° in the room (we could meter the temperature with the babyphone of our child). So it was not ideal with a baby. The restaurant and the bar are very nice, so at least we had a recomfort being there with our kid. We wanted to enjoy the swimming pool with our kid where it is allowed, but the pool was quite cold, so impossible. I expected a heated pool as it is in a wellness hotel. No judgement here, it was not a promise but I expected it.

Very nice room with stunning view over the beach and sea. New carpets in the corridor and in the room. Check-in was a little dissapointing: nothing warmfully welcoming and rather quick (although no other guests were waiting at that time). No extra info was given (restaurant times, fitness, town, etc.) and no info on having to validate our parking ticket (we found out by coincidence the next morning). We ordered something at the Brasserie to take to the room: a duo of garnaalkroketten at 25EUR: all we got were the 2 kroketten! They did'nt even come with a small salad or anything. That is extremely expensive and they looked ridiuculous on a big white plate! Breakfast is until 10am which is a little early for a Saturday morning. We called reception (no indiciation in the room how to call reception, so we looked up the hotel's number on our phone and dialed from there), to ask for a room service breakfast. The lady kindly transfered us to the Brasserie. 2min1/2 later we got someone on the phone who probably thought we were staff the way he answered. He couldn't answer about a potential room service breakfast so we got transfered back to reception. The lady apologized and said it was actually not possible anymore to have breakfast at all. She didn't have that info for us in the beginning of our call? So we ended up going to a local bakery to have breakfast. In general everything could have been beautiful, except we didn't feel service! We felt as if staff was in its own world, and certainly not attentive to guests. Which is a shame. It doesn't give us the motivation to book there again next time...

Prachtige grote kamer, zeer goede ligging, uitstekend ontbijt. En bovenal ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaar. Het licht in de badkamer was kapot, maar werd meteen gemaakt.Kamer en badkamer op en top netjes. Vlakbij het strand en het ******. Betaald (en betaalbaar) parkeren om de hoek.

Hotel Andromeda is an excellent opportunity for an enjoyable stay. We liked the luxe room with view on the sea and terrasse on the very top. The breakfast is gorgeous. The wellness center is absolutely great, with exception of the harman as the temperature is not high enough. The personnel acted great and was responsive. The overall atmosphere is fantastic.

Been to this hotel several times over the past years. They provide consistent service. Good location. Good, friendly and efficient reception. Sometimes there's a queue for check-in (even after online check-in) and check-out (even when opted for fast check-out), as there is no separate desk for members. Nice, clean rooms. Slow elevator :-) And, also consistently (so not a one-time-off), totally overcooked scrambled eggs at breakfast. So, quite a few plusses and also a few points of attention. But I am sure I'll be back.
