Hotel Dengan Parking di Espirito Santo, Brazil

Accessible, clean hotel. I had to deliver some packages and they practically kicked the gentleman out of the room, which was prohibited. I told them it would take 3 minutes and they kicked us out immediately. I left the place.

The hotel is well located, near everything and mainly the beach. The service is excellent, the room is perfect. I just leave my criticism of parking that is a little confused and tight and breakfast that could have more options.

A única coisa que tenho a reclamar foi que pela amanhã estava tocando musicas evangélicas no café da manhã, e a televisão estava desligada. Sugiro orientar aos colaboradores ou a quem de direito que não convém música ambiente ser de orientação religiosa, ou músicas agitadas, uma música clássica ou bossa nova, ou instrumental é muito mais coerente com a diversidade do ambiente (especialmente porque vocês recebem também estrangeiros). Já sobre a televisão, sugiro estar ligada no noticiário para que as pessoas possam se informar dos acontecimentos do dia que ainda não tiveram acesso. No mais, o café da amanhã é excelente, espero que mantenham sempre esse padrão, para mim o melhor de Linhares. Limpeza e conforto do quarto e o atendimento dos colaboradores também estão acima da média, só tenho elogios.

I didn't give the service 5 stars because on the day I arrived, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I needed a blanket and there wasn't one in the closet. So I went down to get the blanket, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that it would have to be done that way because they were too busy to bring the blanket to the room. In conclusion, I was on the 21st floor and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were too busy. The hotel should hire more staff if the ones present aren't up to the job. Another thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms: very dimly lit.

Good hotel, comfortable and good value for money. I just found the breakfast to have few variety options.

Only 1 night stay . Hotel staff very helpful at checkin . Location is fine as was breakfast . The only pity was asking for checkout at 1500 . This was not possible due hotel very full . Happy with stay overall

The service is very good, every time I come to this hotel, clean and breakfast is very good. The only downside is that dinner here is very expensive. Everything else is very good, everyone can choose.

O hotel continua excelente na totalidade, já é a segunda estadia minha neste hotel. O que foi inaceitável e causou um grande constrangimento foi a TRIP.COM não enviar os dados corretos da minha reserva e o pagamento antecipado exigido no Site de reservas da TRIP.COM ao Hotel, durante o atendimento a atendente me cobrou o valor referente a estadia e mesmo eu mostrando todos os comprovantes a mim enviados pelo site, não encontrou minha reserva feita pela TRIP.COM e sim uma reserva no BOOK.COM e que a mesma não estava paga, esclarecendo que o pagamento era feito no ato, ao final do check-in. As atendentes, diante do exposto e vendo minha insatisfação, se prontificarão a solucionar o problema, nos tranquilizando e com muita urbanidade nos permitiram o acesso ao quarto que constava na minha reserva normalmente.

The rooms are very good and the breakfast is very good, and you can have more food options, and you can warm soups during the coffee period.
