I love the sea view. Great place for relaxing. Nevertheless, feel a bit discomfort when the check-in counter requested for the booking no. when after giving my IC. When I said can't u trace it? The staff said, ”Kalau saya salah bg bilik nanti puan marah saya pulak.” I found his remarks and tone were inappropriate. Other than that, i love the sea view.

Overall good hotel, the interior of the room needs some serious refurbishment especially for their carpet and tv. Due to monkeys, we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast quite good, just lack on the drink variety. Only juice and coffee is offered.

We had such a pleasant family getaway at Colmar Tropicale with our two little ones. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from the moment we checked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting us with bags and stroller access — something we truly appreciate as parents of two babies! The French-inspired village is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for slow family walks and photos. Our room was clean, spacious enough for the babies’ essentials, and comfortable for all of us. We also loved how calm the environment was, making nap times easy.

Great location, easy parking. It's right next to Oldtown White Coffee, and just a short walk to Family Mart, Mr DIY, and Eco Shop... Also close to Bentong Farm. Excellent location 👍👍👍

Hyatt Regency provided a cozy environment and comfortable accommodation. The standard room we booked came with a balcony and was very clean. There are two swimming pools available, and it’s just a short walk to the beach where guests can enjoy a sea shower. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Genting Highlands!The room was spacious, clean and super cozy with a beautiful view of the hills with heated swimming pool. The location is peaceful, perfect for a short escape from the city. Link to Hard Rock Cafe. Definitely a satisfying and relaxing getaway. Would love to come back again!

The best place to stay at cameron highlands....view is solid ...breakfast is nice with a nice view and nice spread of food...clean and comfortable room....sleep really well with nothing to worry about. Only 1 thing u got to have strong legs and stamina when u walk down the hotel to go to the bazaar or shops...so when u walk down u have to walk up so yah Rooms there option of using fan or aircon or both if u love cold and toilet is clean...shop around the area is alot so dont have to worries of getting hungry late at night can grab food...

Loved the stay, nice hotel, nice ambience, but hope i checked in earlier cause we ended up getting 2 single bed and not king bed because no available rooms anymore :((( breakfast buffet was okay, the spaghetti, cereal and porridge needs improvement, the others are delicious especially the homemade peanut butter, to die for!!! Loved it, wish I could take it home with me. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and this trip was the most disappointing. They seems to have cut costs by deleting things from in-room amenities and the worst bit is they smell from the linen; bedsheets, pillows and towels. Even after I requested for replacements, the new ones are equally smelly. And don’t get me started with the gym: no attendant, no towels, smelly carpeting and equipment. Overall, maintenance is poor. Please improve the customer experience or risk losing them.
