Bangunan itu sangat usang, bau penyegar udara terlalu kuat dan dari lobi ke koridor dan ke lif, semua bau berbeza. Bau di dalam lif tidak tertanggung.
Untuk harga dan nama Hyatt, saya menjangkakan kualiti bilik dan kemudahan yang jauh lebih baik. Gimnasium itu lama, gelap dan siling rendah. Restoran itu terlalu kecil untuk bilangan bilik. Anda perlu beratur untuk pergi bersarapan. Makanannya biasa-biasa sahaja. Tiada rasa dalam lodeh sayur, dhal. Kopi dari mesin kopi itu teruk, terlalu pahit dan berasid.
Saya pasti tidak mengesyorkan hotel ini. Ia terasa seperti 3 bintang dan bukannya 5 bintang. Satu-satunya perkara yang baik tentang hotel ini ialah ia terletak di sebelah pantai.

We had an absolute blast at Swiss-Garden Kuantan! If youâre looking for a family getaway that keeps the kids entertained, this is the spot.
The Highlights:
Kid-Approved: The pool area with the slide was a massive hitâmy kids (3, 9, & 11) couldn't get enough of it.
Beachside Bliss: The location is perfect, with easy access to a beautiful, clean beach that we really enjoyed.
Nightly Entertainment: The fire show for hotel guests was a fantastic surprise and a great way to end the day.
Top-Tier Service: A huge shoutout to the staffâthey were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.
Breakfast Win: The breakfast spread was seriously good!
Pro-Tip for Guests:
The breakfast buffet gets very busy during peak hours, and you might have to wait for a table. My advice: plan your timing to head down a bit earlier to beat the rush and secure your spot comfortably.

Bilik ini tidak sesuai untuk mereka yang tidur ringan. Penebat bunyi tingkap bilik sangat teruk. Alat kawalan jauh penghawa dingin tidak ada bateri. Untuk ke Genting Centre, anda perlu berjalan di jambatan udara sepanjang lebih 1 kilometer, tanpa papan tanda di pertengahan jalan. Jambatan udara tiba-tiba ditutup di pertengahan jalan, dikatakan hanya kerana penyelenggaraan bangunan, tiada kaitan dengan hotel. Tiada kenderaan untuk dinaiki di pertengahan jalan, jadi kami terpaksa berjalan kaki menuruni bukit di laluan kenderaan yang berbahaya. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan perkhidmatan dari jam 5 petang hingga 10 pagi keesokan harinya. Hanya diberi satu kunci pintu. Perlu membayar deposit RM200 untuk mendapatkan kunci tambahan. Tidak disyorkan untuk menginap di Antara Hotel. Mereka selalu mencari alasan apabila ada masalah.

Ia akan mengambil masa kira-kira 2-3 minit berjalan kaki untuk sampai ke semua restoran dan ****** TETAPI perjalanannya kurang sesak berbanding dengan Dunia Pertama. Saya tidak perlu menunggu beberapa lif sebelum saya boleh menaiki satu lif dan yang lebih penting biliknya luas dan bersih

Percutian sy menyeronokkan. Bilik double je dah besar. Boleh muat 1 keluarga, kalau mereka duduk di ruang tamu. Colmar kalau dibersihkan, dijaga dan dihias dengan cantik.... Ia merupakan tempat yg sangat istimewa.
Tapi...Keadaan Colmar menyedihkan. Banyak tempat2 yg kotor dan x dijaga atau terbiar. Ramai pekerja tapi x digunakan sepenuhnya. Gmbar no 4, terdapat 1 tempat mcm tugu atau tempat hiasa yg dibawah tu yg kotor sgt2. Perhatikan je ye.

Bilik sangat bersih dan penerimaan tetamu di kaunter hadapan juga sangat mesra. Hotel ini mempunyai kedai serbaneka, kedai, dan restoran yang lengkap, menjadikannya agak mudah. Untuk ke kawasan teras Genting Highland, hanya mengambil masa 10 minit dengan teksi. Memesan teksi melalui aplikasi sangat mudah, dan ada juga orang yang membantu memanggil teksi di pintu masuk.

GGuest User*************.. We enjoyed everything here. Cleanlinessâââââ both bathroom n the bed. Balcony so so. Our view was the forest, a bit scary at first but we managed to blend in with the cold weather. So it doesnt matter. Hospitality âââââ. Breakfast not much of a choice. But we enjoyed anyway. Parking is very limited. Baca doa mkn byk2, insyaallah dpt parking yg best.. đđ. Very near to the clock tower and the ootds.. Hopefully we can come back again. Thank you.

LLost & LepakYes. The location is good, the room is clean and the service was good.
The mattress was shaky and the toilet was smelly. I changed my room for third time and the customer service was good. Not having any pleasant stay due to the mattress but nothing to complaint since they assisted me with third time of room arrangement.
My room facing to road and can heard the speeding sound during mid night. Overall itâs fine if you just prefer short vacation. Not waiting too long for the lift and this is something good.

GGuest UserOverall Review: Great Views, But a Noticeable Gap Between Experience and Expectations
Overall, this stay had clear pros and cons. The hotelâs location and scenery are undeniably excellent, but there is still considerable room for improvement in areas such as traffic flow planning, facility details, service experience, and privacy management.
Given the Ascott brand management and a room rate of RM1,100+ per night, we had expected a more premium accommodation experience. Unfortunately, the actual stay fell short of expectations and did not fully reflect the price point.
Pros
1. Excellent Location and Scenic View
The hotel is strategically located along a main road and directly opposite a golf course, offering an unobstructed view. Waking up to lush green lawns, blue skies, and white clouds created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
2. Room Layout Suitable for Families or Groups
We stayed in a Premium Two-Bedroom Unit, which was nicely designed with a practical layout. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Although the bathrooms were relatively small, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it convenient and comfortable for a group of four.
3. Thoughtful Amenities
The hot and cold water dispenser located at the lift lobby was a thoughtful touch. The room also came with a kettle, which was especially convenient for families and guests who prefer hot drinks.
Cons
1. Bed Comfort Could Be Improved
The bed was Queen-sized, but the mattress felt rather firm, while the pillows were overly large and thick, making the sleeping experience less comfortable.
2. Lift Access System Was Not Sensitive Enough
The lift card scanning sensor was not very responsive. When staying on a lower floor, there were occasions where the access card had not yet been detected before the lift had already passed the intended floor, which affected convenience and user experience.
3. Poor Drop-Off and Parking Layout
The luggage unloading area was located at the entrance of the parking area, where the road was narrow and often obstructed traffic flow. In addition, after rainfall, the parking area had significant puddles, making it inconvenient to walk, especially when carrying luggage.
4. Limited Check-In Space
The check-in reception area was relatively small and struggled to handle the holiday crowd. During peak periods, the space became congested and chaotic.
5. Narrow Public Areas and Restaurant Queue Management
The hotel hallways were generally narrow. While it is understandable that queues are unavoidable during peak travel seasons, the restaurant waiting area was clearly unable to accommodate the volume of guests, resulting in congestion.
6. Inefficient Dining Area Layout
The food serving area could be better organized, especially around the coffee machine section. Despite having multiple machines, they were still insufficient to handle the high guest volume, leading to long queues.
7. Privacy Concerns
The hotel should consider implementing stricter drone control policies within the property. While staying on the 4th floor, we woke up to find a drone flying past our open balcony/door area, which felt intrusive and raised privacy concerns.
8. Mismatch Between Price and Experience
We chose this property largely because of the Ascott brand reputation and the RM1,100+ nightly rate, expecting a more premium level of accommodation and service. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. From operational details to service quality, the hotel did not reflect the level typically associated with its pricing and branding.

VVasanth Vignesh M RHad a wonderful stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences, Genting Highlands. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
One of the highlights of my stay was the foot massage at the hotel, which was very relaxing after a long day. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options and great taste.
The breakfast area was quite crowded in the morning, but I visited during a long weekend, so that was understandable. Despite the crowd, the staff managed the situation well.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Great service, comfortable facilities, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Genting Highlands and would happily stay here again. âââââ

* Very close to attractions around Kea Farm such as the sheep sanctuary and Kea Farm market.
* I like that you can go straight to your room from the parking area without having to pass through the lobby every time (great for introverts đ).
* My room on Level 12 was very cool and comfortable. No air-conditioning, but I didnât even need to switch on the fan.
Customer Service
* Customer service was average and could be improved.
* In my experience, most of my requests were not fulfilled (e.g. extra pillows).
* However, late check-out until 1pm was approved.
* Drinking water was not replenished, but got coway which i love
* They do provide a WhatsApp contact, which makes them easy to reach without having to call.
Facilities
* WiFi was good.
* Didnât get a chance to use the gym or playground.
* The pool is small and very basic. The water wasnât cold, so itâs nice for a swim.
Bathroom
* Water pressure was excellent.
* Unfortunately, my bathroom had a urine smell.
* Housekeeping came three times after I reported it, but the smell was still there during my stay.
* To be fair, the hotel was very receptive to my complaint. Whether it has been fixed since then, Iâm not sure.
Other Notes
* My requests and emails were generally not entertained.
* Despite what people say on *******, I did not experience anything **********. ( hotel, not an apartment )
* The hotel was quite busy with guests, so it never felt empty or creepy.

GGuest UserMy friend and I each got a king room. Overall, the service and the hotel's garden design were excellent. The price is quite a good value for a villa-style resort of this caliber. There are gardeners maintaining the flowers and plants every day, creating a beautiful 'step-by-step changing scenery' effect. The only minor downside is that some facilities are a bit old, but any issues we raised were immediately resolved. The front desk staff had a slight accent, but for anyone who understands English, communication was perfectly fine.
There's a private beach area upfront where you can relax and watch the sea, which was a really nice touch. There are also cute little cats in the courtyard that will interact and play with you.

GGuest UserThe drop off and pick up place was at the side door instead of main lobby which made the GRAB pick up confusing.
Room is spacious and relatively clean. But, toilet can be cleaned more thoroughly as there seem to be a faint smell coming from it. And no hooks in the toilet to hang ur clothes. Water from the shower also seeped into the room.
Location is quiet, away from the main Genting area. Can either
- walk up the link way (about 20 min),
- walk down to the chin swee temple cable car stop and take a cable car up (RM10 per pax) or
- call a GRAB for RM30.
Good thing is that there are a couple of eateries and mini marts.

GGemx8Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids.
The hotel location is very strategic â just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children.
There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible.
Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay.
If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view.
Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

GGuest UserThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below.
1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable.
2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it.
3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.

GGuest UserThis was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience!
We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness.
The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.
