There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

一家值得全5分的酒店，山南這個地方，超出了我的預期，也讓我從新認識“希爾頓”，這個品牌。
酒店服務，從進門就給人，很贊，很貼心，給人感覺很專業，可以看出來，品牌管理很到位。入住辦理很迅速。還給我們送上了暖暖的紅景天茶。
酒店房間設計很大方，而且人性化，那天晚上睡得很舒服。
酒店的早餐，也很有特色，選擇好多，麪包款式好吃而款式美，工作人員會主動地給住客做當地的餈粑，好好吃。
周邊用餐地方很多，有市場，超市，飯店，均可以步行到達。
酒店晚上還有夜粥，牛奶，小麪包，吃完，很安睡。因為時間的關係，沒有多住一天，可惜了，明年去阿里，肯定會再回來您們家的。或者後續有希爾頓，也會優先選擇。

服務非常好有求必應，入住時有蜂蜜水很好喝很暖心，晚上的夜粥服務很貼心，本來以為衹有白粥，沒想到連榨菜肉鬆饅頭都有，和我們中午的剩飯一起吃，簡直是美滋滋，緩解了我們自駕318的舟車勞頓。床品和裝修也很有品味，和某季比起來還是更喜歡亞朵哈哈哈。洗衣房的阿姨特別好，還幫我們洗衣服烘乾，真的很方便，謝謝阿姨！早飯特別豐盛，最喜歡吃紅油豬耳和那個青椒炒雞，味道媲美飯店！

I stayed at this hotel for the first night when I hit lhasa. The receptionists were pretty warm and hospitable. They went with us upstairs and tell the usage of oxygenerator. After request, they took afternoon tea to our room. Everything was perfect.

Spacious, comfortable room in Shigatse. The hotel was close to restaurants and they had a nice restaurant on site too. Central oxygen was supplied but only for six hours and only at night. It would have been nice to have it go for a longer time.

The room directly faces the Potala Palace, offering a panoramic view where both the morning and night scenery have their unique charm. Just sitting by the window, you can quietly enjoy this breathtaking and peaceful sight. The hotel's rooftop restaurant also boasts a great location, allowing you to dine with views of the Potala Palace, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Whether during check-in or dining, any requests were promptly addressed and resolved, making me feel completely at ease. The overall environment is comfortable, and the service is considerate. It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Lhasa who wants a comfortable stay with convenient access to views. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

The unparalleled advantage is the ability to quickly return to the hotel to rest after a day of sightseeing. The receptionist, Xiao Zhou, provided excellent service, the rooms were clean, and the hotel boasts a beautiful Tibetan-style design. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.

YYizepingguoThe location is excellent, right opposite the Tibet Museum, just a 5-minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is very convenient; during the off-season, you can park directly in front of the lobby without even going down to the underground garage.
The front desk staff was very professional in helping us check in and thoughtfully reminded us to rest on our first day at high altitude.
The room has a traditional and warm ******* decor. When visiting Tibet in the off-season (December), it's essential to stay in a warm hotel to alleviate the discomfort of high altitude.
Even in Tibet, Shangri-La's breakfast maintains its usual high standard. Be sure to try the tsampa and homemade yogurt. We also happened to meet Kent, who is in charge of the restaurant, and he provided excellent service and recommended some itineraries for exploring Tibet.

We just arrived in Lhasa and were not very familiar with the itinerary. Later, we consulted the proprietress to avoid falling into the trap. You can also ask the proprietress to help buy performance tickets and travel packages. There are many discounts after comparison. I am also very satisfied with the arranged room. It is square, clean, with a humidifier, oxygen concentrator, and air conditioner. Every morning, the bright sunshine will shine into the room, making the cool morning warm all of a sudden. Living in a sunny room makes my altitude sickness much better.
The location of the hotel is also very good👍 It is convenient to go out for transportation. It takes a few minutes to walk to Jokhang City, Barkhor Street, and Jokhang Temple. It only takes 10 yuan to take Didi to the Potala Palace.
Warm service, clean room, convenient transportation, we will definitely stay in Gesanghua again next time.

GGuest UserChoosing the right hotel in Lhasa is so important! The Spring and Autumn Oxygen Hotel is definitely a top choice. The abundant oxygen totally kept altitude sickness at bay. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the heating was excellent. The service was attentive and responsive to all our needs. Plus, the breakfast was rich and plentiful. This hotel really elevated our entire trip experience. I genuinely recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
