The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!

真的超級推薦，我和老公2個人來拉薩住了2天，首先房間特別乾淨！而且裝飾也很好看！ 最重要的是的這裏的人都特別好，尤其是經常在門口給我們指揮的大哥！人真的太好了～看我和我老公開車不熟練，主動幫我們停車，還給我們自己家的酸奶，麪包！我們走的時候，特別叮囑我們注意安全等等好多事情～ 真的超級感謝大哥～有緣下次還住這裏，也希望大哥一切順利！

非常不錯的酒店，房間舒適，床墊軟硬適中，有供氧，服務意識強，尤其前台小哥小次，有着藏族特有的熱情，處處為我想在前面，讓人如沐春風，非常感謝。早餐一般，大堂全天有免費現磨咖啡提供，非常棒

It was such a pleasant stay! The entire hotel has beautiful interiors, the room was spotless, oxygen worked perfectly, and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely helpful to me, a non-Chinese speaker with translation apps and did their best to make my stay comfortable. Will definitely recommend it to everyone who’s planning to visit Lhasa.

I had a wonderful stay at Lhasa Potala Palace Yishan Hotel! The view from the room was amazing — you can see the Potala Palace right after opening the curtains. The location is excellent, within walking distance to both the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. Breakfast was rich and delicious with many options. Great service and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lhasa! 这次入住 Lhasa Potala Palace Yishan Hotel 体验非常好！房间拉开窗帘就能直接看到布达拉宫，景色特别震撼。酒店位置也非常方便，步行就可以到布达拉宫和大昭寺，游玩很轻松。早餐种类丰富，味道也不错，整体服务很好，非常推荐来拉萨旅行入住！

It is in a great location but room is a little old. Flat pillows and thin duvet. It ia beside a military centre so there is noise from training for a short while every morning and evening.
