There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

The bedding is soft enough to relieve the fatigue of the journey and the breakfast is full. They're all essential travel items. 4. The room was great, very clean. I asked for two extra bottles of water at night, and they were brought over immediately.

I stayed at Atour for three days and I'm completely hooked! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the scholarly ambiance of the lobby. The staff's smiles were so infectious, and check-in was seamless – no waiting at all. The mattress in the room was incredibly soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and even the scent of the toiletries was soothing. The freshly made noodles for breakfast paired perfectly with the coffee. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose Atour again!

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the heating was excellent. The service was attentive and responsive to all our needs. Plus, the breakfast was rich and plentiful. This hotel really elevated our entire trip experience. I genuinely recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The location is excellent, right opposite the Tibet Museum, just a 5-minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is very convenient; during the off-season, you can park directly in front of the lobby without even going down to the underground garage. The front desk staff was very professional in helping us check in and thoughtfully reminded us to rest on our first day at high altitude. The room has a traditional and warm ******* decor. When visiting Tibet in the off-season (December), it's essential to stay in a warm hotel to alleviate the discomfort of high altitude. Even in Tibet, Shangri-La's breakfast maintains its usual high standard. Be sure to try the tsampa and homemade yogurt. We also happened to meet Kent, who is in charge of the restaurant, and he provided excellent service and recommended some itineraries for exploring Tibet.

Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

Thank you! Secondly, I have to criticize the hotel's room facilities. The air conditioning was broken. It was always 34 degrees Celsius, and I almost fainted in the middle of the night. The oxygen supply only worked until 3 a.m. I called the waiter in the middle of the night to send a fan, but it was still stuffy. Then they told me they would charge for the oxygen machine, even though it wasn't needed when I ordered it online. Even though it was delivered, I still felt uncomfortable. My room cost around 1,000, which was too expensive and not worth it! Also, the breakfast was terrible and the quality was just average! I hope it will be improved! The hotel has a strong ******* style and I love it. I hope the service and quality will improve!
