Hotel Dengan parking di Grand Est, France

Tout était très bien. Nous avons passé une nuit, pour plus, quelques rangements de plus seraient bien venus. Nous avons un peu tourné en rond pour y arriver, le gps ne nous a pas donné la route jusqu’au parking. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuné très bien servi.

Hôtel très confortable, très propre accueillant et chic salle de bain au top avec produits à disposition , café et thé dans la chambre avec bouilloire linge de toilette fourni avec sèche cheveux patins pour le spa ....très très satisfaite

Hotel simple et pratique. Chambre petite avec peu de rangement surtout si grosse valise. Propreté un peu limite

Hôtel bien situer , chambre correcte literie à revoir trop vétuste fait du bruit et peu agréable pour le dos. Pas de couverture en plus selon les saisons. Tarif sans remise trop cher pour la prestation Heureusement sur le site trip. Com la chambre reste abordable à ça juste valeur.

Propreté irréprochable, accueil fort sympathique, chambres au calme. Située tout près du CHU de Brabois, c'est un incontournable pour loger à deux pas de vos proches hospitalisés.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel this year. The first time was in May and the second in December. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel the first time but the second time was a disaster. We were allocated the worst room in the hotel with a window that looked out onto a wall just a few feet away and the decor was rough and depressing. Thankfully they let us have a different room the following day but this should never have happened. There was a very brash tall lady who wore glasses on reception who was rude, ignorant and officious with me which spoiled my holiday. Restaurant staff, porters and housekeeping staff were great. We will never return I'm afraid. Gerry

メルキュールの向かいなので迷わない。 部屋は狭いが許容範囲。 リクヴィルへ行くバス停が近くにあった。 朝食は普通だが、アルザス名物のクグロフ、マンステールチーズが食べられる。 ここのクロワッサンはとても美味しかった。

酒店的硬件設施和環境是不錯的，但是這個服務真的很抽象。 入住的時候前台多收了一個人的城市税，其實這個還是比較小的事情，因為一個人的城市説也不貴。但是，漲價也沒跟我説，總之整個税就是預訂之前的七倍。但是後來攜程很給力地解決了漲價這件事情。不過多餘的城市税是用信用卡付款的，酒店要退我的1.1歐元，需要自己發郵件退，唉不知道猴年馬月了。 最無語的部分來了，這邊酒店房間是密碼鎖。從早上七點過開始，就頻繁地聽見這個鎖的聲音。我不知道是隔壁幾個房間陸續有人出門，還是什麼其他的原因，真的超級吵鬧！！！九點過的時候，我的房間竟然被另外一個人打開了！！！😡😡😡然後她貌似想解釋是為了把圖2-3的牌子掛門把手上。這顯然説不通嘛，我在各個地方住酒店，從來沒遇見別人把門打開的情況，我還沒退房呢！ 太沒有禮貌了，唉。 還有就是，介意路邊有車輛駛過的噪音的夥伴，謹慎選擇住這裏。

I had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience. The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay.
