///sarahIt is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space.
The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean. The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. There's a common kitchen. They provide water dispenser as well.
We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.

KKarenGThis is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Our room was huge and we were provided with lots of towels and other amenities.
The breakfast was ok but not fab but it compensated of how they’d welcomed us

JJoy——We absolutely loved this hotel!!
Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well.
The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

DDr.yuanqimanmanConveniently located 1 km from the fountain in Kutaisi, with dedicated parking downstairs. All rooms are on the 9th floor and are spacious, though there was a strange smell in the bathroom in the mornings. The restaurant is a plus, offering great city views, including Bagrati Cathedral. Breakfast was also quite abundant.
