I'm sure they are amazing for summer time. But for winter time they have some disadvantages. If you need a hotel just for sleep. Thats good.

-Air-conditioning is not enough for the entire room and banio but it's enough for sleeping. We couldn't take a shower or sit in the room because it was cold.
-Water heating systems have a problem that water is getting cold usually
-amazing garden means bugs.. we killed a cockroach inside the banio in morning but maybe we were unlucky because the room looks clean. I'm not sure.
-wifi problems but maybe we were unlucky
: summary; I prefer that room in winter time for 1 night. Good price and breakfast. But if you want to spend time inside the hotel. They need a better Air-conditioning system

A truly wonderful stay. They were absolutely great hosts and their overall service is excellent. The villa is spacious and it is fully equipped with all you might need. I highly recommend it and will visit again.

The hotel is excellent. We are 100% satisfied. The stuff was great, super polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We really loved having delicious breakfast and dinner by the pool. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast and the dinner dishws were more than tasty!

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο και ευρύχωρος ο χώρος του πρωινού και το lounge. Η πισίνα αρκετά μεγάλη. Η junior σουίτα θα μπορούσε να ειναι και λίγο μεγαλύτερη ώστε να είναι πιο άνετη για 3μελή οικογένεια. Το πρωινό καταπληκτικό. Οι εγκαταστάσεις και οι παροχές spa εξαιρετικές.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu with something to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Breakfast was a particular treat, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right.
The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The surrounding area is stunning, and I enjoyed taking advantage of the hotel’s well-maintained facilities, including the pool and spa, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
In summary, this hotel is a gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, you’re guaranteed a fantastic experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit! We will see you again :)

AAurora FernandezCompletely brand new hotel, close to the main town, the port and the airport. Big and modern rooms, all with either a terrace or direct access to the pool (swim-up). 2 long pools (Olympic size) and a swim-up bar. Stylish decoration throughout. It was quite calm and relaxing when we stayed, although it is not adults-only. Breakfast is buffet style and coffee, fresh orange juice and hot dishes are served at the table.
I think they could do with more sun loungers by the pool and the service at breakfast could be quicker, but the property just opened 2/3 weeks ago so some minor teething issues are expected. In all, I’m very happy with my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if back in Chios.

The best part is Mr. George and his wife (owners).They made our stay in Chios very special. Mr George went above and beyond from taking us to the store to enjoying dinner with us. I had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully designed and impeccably clean double room with a beach view that felt like a home away from home. The real highlight was waking up to the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. The exceptional service provided by the customer relations manager Maria, the Beach House staff, and driver Dimitri made the entire experience even more enjoyable. See you soon Casa Cook fam!

GGuest UserGreat old mansion refurbished to cater as a comfy inn. Five rooms only and common veranda gives it boutique feel. Location is ok, 8-10 min walk to the beach and tavernas by the sea. Parking can be tricky in high season, but you'll find a slot in neighbouring streets. Very polite staff. Nice and well served breakfast, including fresh orange juice (no espresso/cappuccino though). Good deal and a relaxing stay.

There is a wide variety of open buffet breakfast options. Moreover, the restaurant has a sea view and is very enjoyable. The staff is very attentive. Helpful and smiling. I definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserVery quiet location, a few minutes walk from to sea shore and 10 min walk from the center of Skala Kalloni. Very polite and friendly staff, free parking, swimming pool... decent breakfast included. Rooms are big and have terraces, although furniture is outdated. Overall good deal for a short stay.
