Extremely satisfied! Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the service is also excellent. For a stay in Budapest, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

From the moment we arrived, hotel team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness shown to us throughout our visit. Due to a flight baggage delay, we were anxious about our journey in Budapest. He was very patient to explain what we can do and the hotel would try to help to collect my luggage when BA delivers the missing baggage to hotel. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel truly valued as guests. In day two, another front desk staff helped to received the baggages with detail correspondence, this action helped me to do the claim with airline. He was amazingly thoughtful and concidered all my concerns to this matter. At the end of my stay, my family left a backpack in the lobby and called the hotel to find it, the front desk staff quickly helped me to locate my backpack, kept it for my collection. I can’t say more to express my satisfaction to your whole team. Your team’s dedication and passion for providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. It is clear that you take great pride in ensuring your guests have the best possible experience. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who looked after us. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the price is very reasonable considering its central location. We stayed for one night and were disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay for another two nights because the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. In the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again because of its excellent value for money and the quality of the services provided. Our room was on the third floor overlooking the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't comment on it, but everything else met our expectations.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

The location is very convenient if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. However, it's a bit far from the city center—it's the last metro station. The reception staff are friendly and patiently answer questions. The room is quite spacious, with a small hallway with a closet. The room has a table, chairs, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. It's nice that they provide coffee and tea (unlike the hotel of the same name). Everything is clean, with good linens and fresh towels. The Wi-Fi is good. Although there are cars in the courtyard, it's quite quiet. Breakfast is a bit pricey—around 11 euros. A definite downside is the mini-fridge, which barely cools even on the highest setting. Overall, the experience was favorable and I highly recommend it.

Location is perfect as very near to chain bridge and castle. Can walk around to all the attractions or take bus or tram as both are nearby. If you have bulky luggage, little troublesome as hotel is on a slope of 25 metres. It’s old hotel, so be prepared…aircon not cool enough. Breakfast was nice. Filtered cool water provided at lobby, good taste and saves money.

My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey. The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition. Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries. At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I’m waited for the day that hotel opens, we been few times before cake shop dwonsters were we had dessert very delicious. Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will not be coming back when I return to Budapest. First thing was the booking details, which clearly stated ”1 full bed”. However when I got to the hotel room, there were two TINY beds instead. If I laid perfectly straight on these beds, my arms nearly fall off the sides. I go to reception and the blonde woman who was there at 11:10pm on Wednesday May 20th told me ”we don't have any large beds in Hungary, we just push two small beds together.” This is a lie, I had just spent 8 days in Budapest at the Park Plaza (also a 4 star hotel) and I slept in a single very large bed every night. When I mentioned this, she just shrugged. No apologies. Why does this matter? Two mattresses pushed together creates a gap that results in aggravating back pain, especially for anyone with spine misalignment like I have. I booked this hotel to go to the airport energized and refreshed, instead I get to go on my international flight exhausted with extreme back pain. Second issue was the water, the absolute hottest that it got was lukewarm. I asked reception about this issue too, same woman said she'd look into it. It was never fixed, no apologies for the inconvenience again. The room was hotter than the ”hot” water. The only positives about this hotel were the decent breakfast and free airport shuttle, but I'd rather have spent $8 on an Uber and had a full bed as promised. I'll be staying at the Ibis Styles or TRIBE next time. They probably don't lie about their rooms.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants right outside. There's even a decent Chinese restaurant directly across the street. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Danube River, but the soundproofing is really poor.
