Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

Saya suka lokasi hotel yang tidak terlalu jauh dari lapangan terbang. Untuk bajet, padan dengan bilik yang ditempah Seperti kemudahan, terdapat perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma dari dan ke lapangan terbang. Beberapa ejen pelancongan lain dan saya tinggal di sini kerana keesokan harinya kami terbang ke Singapura. Pagi-pagi lagi dalam pukul 3 pagi kami bertolak ke airport dengan armada yang sudah siap. ...walaupun ada muscom sikit dalam pick-up pun tak apa...lain kali lebihkan perhatian Sebab kami travel agent, benda macam ni antara servis yang mesti diberi perhatian oleh tetamu, mereka selesa dan berpuas hati.sifar aduan. This is no doubt the best hotel for anyone for anyone who’s planning to attend any event in ICE or the surrounding areas. However, if you have no such urgency or a casual traveller, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay here. The location is a bit far from everything, the amenities are rather lacking and the cleanliness is a bit questionable - I peeked in between the toilet sink and it was very dirty 😢 The variety of foods for breakfast was not THAT much, and when there’s an event the hotel got super busy, the breakfast spot was really crowded and I’m afraid the staffs are nor prepared for such influx of people.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

As was attending at event held at ICE BSD, the hotel was just 5-7mins away via Grab and just a couple of minutes away from AEON Mall. Staff was attentive and friendly with any questions. Will be happy to stay at the establishment again.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Very nice room and spacious, breakfast spread was great too and cooked very good sunny side up eggs. Forgotten to return my hotel card but I will be back next month again and stay at same hotel and also return the room key.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang Ia adalah hotel yang sangat menjimatkan Ia baru diubah suai untuk merayau-rayau. Batu ais di tepi jalan tidak boleh dimakan. Ia tidak bersih dan akan menyebabkan masalah perut. Anda perlu menggunakan selipar untuk mengenal pastinya. Secara keseluruhan sangat berpuas hati.

The best airport hotel I have every stayed. Very convenient for anyone on layover. Truly resort style view with amazing room, great pools and garden, and excellent breakfast. Transfer to airport is practical and reliable. Will definitely return! Thank you

It’s a great place to stay if you’re in transit or going to catch an early morning/late night flight. The free shuttle also makes a difference.
