Its ok but you seriously need to upkeep with your maintenance. Being in an ashley group means that you cannot play with your maintenance. Towel ia 7/10. Not white enough

This hotel is located just outside the domestic departure counters area in T3. It has a 10m+ pool and a good gym. The breakfast is not up to 4 4-star hotel standards, but is pretty good. If you want a comfortable place for a long layover in CGK, esp if your next flight is from T3, there is no better choice than Grand Anara. There's a cheaper Anara on the other side of T3, and there's a ”Digital Hotel” nearby for a cheaper price if you want to save a few bucks.

We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

I arrived late time and I made 4 nights reservation but the schedules changes and the reception (front desk) helped me much and finally solve my big problem with platform. Special thanks for Mr Thorig & Ryan, they did their best work for me. And the hotel is full of design the place is very quiet and people always smile to you when face to face , nice breakfast and I will choose this hotel next time when I’m in Tangerang.

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. The room was clean. It's a new hotel, and it's pretty good. Very, very, very good!

The hotel was very near with the airport and the free shuttle bus was very accomodating. For budget traveller it is good, but do not expect too much. The bus provided was very old van with no aircondition, but as long as you can reach the airport on time then it is acceptable. The hotel provide very basic amenities as for transit hotel. However, at night you can hear the noise like plate/spoon or pipe clattering and people's chatting.im not sure if it was sound from kitchen or the other room beside us. And the room got mosquitos. Overall the room okay.

Great stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta! The room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly, and the free airport shuttle was super convenient. Perfect for a short transit or early flight. Would definitely stay again!
