Hotel Dengan Parking di Ehime Prefecture, Japan

I was very impressed with this hotel as I had read some reviews that mentioned it is a little older than the average property but it was sparkling clean with lovely facilities and guest rooms. The location is perfect for visiting the three famous onsen hot springs facilities and the hotel actually provide special clothing to make visiting the onsens easier and more authentic. Parking is available for a fee and there is a small restaurant/bar onsite. This is a ripper of a hotel.

We did the Shimanami Kaido and spent one night here before turning around and returning to Onomichi the next day. They allow bikes to be kept in the room and it was more spacious than expected. We comfortably fit 3 bikes. The building is a little on the older side, but the customer service was great. Would gladly stay again.

The experience was good enough the hotel and the food wasn’t too bad. The hot spring on the top floor is an absolute delight and we didn’t stay in the room much we were almost out, so it was just a place for us to rest our feet and get a good night sleep and that just did the trick. Everything was fine hotel staff were good. Everything was great.

The staff at the front desk were efficient, though they came across as cold and reserved. The room was disappointing, with run-of-the-mill furniture/furnishings and a creaky chair. The lights were too dim. There was no view as the lower half of the window was blocked by a wall. On the other hand, the bathroom looked quite elegant and was kept clean. The location is great. There are plenty of dining & shopping options nearby. The hotel has a shopping mall on the lower floors and is next to Mitsukoshi Department Store and Okaido Shopping Street. The Okaido Tram Stop is down the street. The bus stop for the airport limousine is right in front of Mitsukoshi. Attractions such as Bansuiso, Saka no Ue no Kumo Museum and the cable car to Matsuyama Castle are all within walking distance.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The service was amazing, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was to die for!

駅前という立地条件がいいです。駅前ということでバスの便も多く、各地区へ出かけるにも便利でした。 部屋も清潔で、掃除も行き届いていました。ちょっと狭く感じますが、別途も広く快適でした。 食事も3日間いただきましたが、同じももありますが、毎日何かが変わり大変おいしくおいただきました。 フロントもわからいことで質問すると、親切丁寧に教えていただきました。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

Location is a short walk from Dogo onsen station. The experience was amazing, rooms were huge and I was surprised to have a staff member show us around the room and explain the amenities available. The amount of hospitality is above and beyond any we've experienced at other places and ryokans. They also have a very beautiful outdoor garden, onsen and geta (traditional Japanese wooden shoes) and yukata to wear around the premises.

hotel was amazing! reception was very friendly, allowed to store our luggages till evening next day! room : spacious & very clean! [10/10] location : near shopping district & tram stop but far from subway / JR, a little inconvenient for us with heavy luggages [8/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！

nice hotel in the city center. very close to Okaido shopping street gallery and walking distance to the castle entry. Only 4/5 tram stops away from Dogo station. Room is small, bed is good (we took a single room for 2 persons). The bed is wide enough for 2. Free coffee downstairs. Laundry machine only 300¥ on 2nd floor. Nice staff. Affordable hotel.

Hotel is in a great spot for doing Shimanami Kado cycling route. Breakfast has a good selection. Room size is reasonably ok for Japan hotels. Room is able to store bike if needed
