2日間のスキー旅の間に宿泊させていただきました。SNSなどで一切見たことが無かった宿だからこそとても魅力を感じました。お部屋が少ない為、静かでとっても過ごしやすかったです。悩みましたが、客室露天がついている「桐」に宿泊しましたが、想像よりも良すぎてお風呂5回も入りました(笑)絶対にまた来たいね！と帰ってからもずっと2人で口にしています。ただ、夕食付きプランにしなかったので、近くのお店で食べようと思っていたのですがどこも早めに閉まっていて飯難民になってしまったので、そこが難点でした^^;次回利用する際にはご飯しっかり予約して行きたいと思います！！宿自体本当に素敵で最高でした。お世話になりました。

天然温泉の大浴場がありました。建物が新しく部屋もきれいでした。スタッフも皆さん対応も親切で安心して宿泊出来ました。大満足です。窓から富士山のような浅間山が見えます。

This is a fabulous place for an authentic Japanese holiday. The location is beautiful. The outdoor hot spring bathing area is clean and looks like a movie set. The included meals are generous in portion size and are delicious. Our room overlooked the river and it was great. Tatami floors and shoji screen windows. This is an old and historic place and does not cater to western norms. You sleep on futons on the floor. Only Japanese food is available. But it is a wonderful place to spend some time.

We had a very good overall experience at this onsen hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated having an English-speaking staff member available — it made communication much easier and helped us feel more comfortable during our visit.

A relax and nice view in Kusatsu. The hotel is located a bit far from bus terminal. However, there is a free shuttle bus service which connected with bus service. I strongly encourage the private onsen package where we can taste three different type of onsen in the hotel. My platinum ring changed colour, may be due to the acidity of onsen water😂. The dinner and breakfast inspired and it is good for family trip with a number of accessible service for elderly with physically limitations.

Dormy Inn Maebashi is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its great location near the station, Dormy Inn Maebashi is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

I stay at the new building, my room is one of the biggest in the hotel , almost 1000 sq.ft . Design of the room is very nice , private onsen . Couldn’t ask for more . Dinner and breakfast was also one of the best in Japanese onsen hotel . Will definitely come back .

From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that defines a perfect Japanese ryokan stay. The hotel effortlessly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring every aspect of the stay was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my visit was outstanding. The tatami-style room was beautifully designed, offering both elegance and comfort. The highlight was the private open-air onsen on the balcony, where I could soak in the natural hot spring water while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The serene ambiance made it a truly rejuvenating experience.

After I accidentally booked the wrong check-in date, the hotel was willing to change it unconditionally and the service attitude was very good.

非常好的酒店，有免費班車到湯畑、車站和滑雪場🎿。酒店很大，娛樂設施齊備，有保齡球🎳、卡拉OK🎤、桌球🎱等。 前台英文很好，完全無障礙溝通。從前台走到房間很遠，但是會路過很大的禮品店，價格和湯畑旁邊的禮品店一樣，還可以免税。然後樓道還有很多美術作品展覽。 房間面積很大，有兩張床，還有一個房間是榻榻米，有地暖。浴室有按摩浴缸🛁。大浴場的露天風呂很舒服，實現了看雪泡温泉♨️温泉都是湯畑源湯引過來的，温度夠高。 酒店最有特色的是一些散步/徒步（散策）活動，一共有三場。參加了早晨7:00的森林徒步，有專業導遊帶路，酒店提供雨鞋，但是建議穿厚的襪子🧦雨鞋很薄。會走進林子，到達雪場，在雪地裏徒步大概一個小時，會冷，要做好保暖。
