Very nice, colonial hotel. Location is great, staff is helpful, the yard area was lovely with different kinda of flowers and plants. There was mild dampness in the room that brought a distinct smell with it.

I changed the room I booked randomly and I swallowed for a long time.
(Yes, the room given by the hotel was a queen bed ＜ 2 double beds ＞)
The hotel was unable to contact me, so I changed it randomly ㅠㅠ doesn't make sense
It was about an hour late for the entrance, but I entered the room I first booked.
Other than that, the room, the pool and the surroundings were good.

It is right on the edge of antigua but not too far of a walk and pretty quiet. I enjoyed the pool and the beautiful surroundings. The staff are wonderful and are very helpful.

The hotel is not in the central area, but the city is not big, just a few steps away. The service was very warm and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel layout is more emotional, the room is more spacious, the first floor room is a little damp, but quiet, the second floor is relatively dry, but there is no air conditioning.

Hotel is in perfect location and very tasteful. However, the smell in the room made me suffer all night. May not be healthy for people with asthma. It was a smell mixed of moth balls, cleaning products and humidity. I could not wait for it to be the morning so I could check out. Otherwise, great hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic and easy to locate. It is a simple and charming building more for functionality than luxury. The walls are thin and water pressure could use some attention but for two nights, it was more than ok. Be very careful on the tule bathroom floor as it gets slippery!! The staff is bilingual and very helpful. Wi-Fi was strong and continuous even on the roof which is a hidden gem(!)with views of the central square, many ruins, and clear view of mountains and the volcano. Would recommend!

GGuest UserSecond time I stayed and I had the same room. Once again I had wonderful experience. This property is a short walk (15-20 minutes) from central, it’s very spacious, clean, kitchen is well equipped and very quiet. I loved it and can only recommend it.
Little advice, contact the property before your arrival as it is a self service and so you will need codes to get in the house and your room. I didn’t have an internet connection but luckily there was a lady inside who let me in and showed everything.

GGuest UserThe staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rates were very reasonable. My only negative point is the noise levels. Music was blaring from early morning to night & relaxing was very difficult without earplugs. There’s a DJ on Thursdays I think that plays very loud club music from early in the morning & it’s not very nice to wake up to. Apart from that, it’s a great little hostel with lots of chill out space and all the lovely plants in the courtyard really make it quite lovely.

SSchweitzerMichaelBeautiful colonial hotel in a fantastic location in Antigua, it has a beautiful rooftop with a great view of the city with the added feature of the “I love Antigua” sign. In the rooftop you can go for drinks, a romantic date or simply grab a bite.
The room was big, comfortable and kudos to the renovated bathrooms with a great shower.

AAnnettekissWe stayed here for 3 nights. The room smelled unpleasant. We had an extra bed and after the rain came down on her from the ceiling, and I laid out the clothes I washed up here. Washing is inexpensive, but I gave up my pants and a koffee because I slipped and fell into them and the rest I put down as the bag had to be filled half. They returned these things dirty. They didn't smell powder or polishing like they were just striped in water. We had to re-sell. The pants were washed, there was no coffin.
No sound isolation, everything that happens on the street and in the next room is heard. The car can be left free on the street in front of the hotel. From here you can walk on foot on the main sights of the city.
After handing the key, they wanted to leave things on the recession, not in the car, but there was no one there. Anybody could come from the street. It was necessary to load into the car, it was good that the street was passing and the criminal was not. 2 out of 3 staff in English didn't speak.
There is no refrigerator, teapot and air conditioner in the room. The room is small. The champoo is not available, there is only liquid soap for hands at the sink. The room price is low. I probably just forgot what hotels of this category are.

LLIYONGOMG! This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in! The hostel is very large, the rooms are a little smaller, they are all independent, there is also a separate bathroom outside the door, you can take a shower, separate dry and wet, very clean, the hot water is really great! The lawn is huge, and there is a real bed hanging, you can lie down and take pictures, and put pillows! Hahaha, outside the porch are all that kind of hammocks. The kitchen is also very good, just buy oil and salt, three refrigerators, and a swimming pool, a rest place built with school bus, surrounded by chairs and sofas, there is a beverage hall, there are billiards to play, and a quiet The lounge is very big, and there are two small wooden houses, you can do your own things quietly. There is actually a movie theater! ! ! It's a projector! ! You can watch Youtube and search for Sansei III pillow books. Change the language of Apple TV and remember. There is also a large new concept restaurant with a particularly avant-garde decoration, like that of a domestic shopping mall. It is a bit expensive, 50-70 RMB per person. The bed in the hostel is really great! Two pillows! Very comfortable hotel specifications! Especially new! The quilt is also a solid thick quilt! There are also small lights, a plug and 2 USB jacks! Anyway, it's great! The yard is huge! There are several towering trees that are avocado trees, which bear a lot of fruit, and I just happened to fall one. The staff is good at English, cleans them meticulously, and the toilets are disinfected. So when I used it the next day, it smelled like disinfectant.

Breakfast is included as well as small terrace and interesting talks with the room neighbours :) it’s also possible here to exchange the money and ask to arrange some activities / tours.

Dormitory beds with curtain for a little bit of privacy. Kitchen is well equipped but rather small. Overall a good choice in the old town.
