Hotel Dengan Tempat letak kereta di Morelos, Mexico

Me gusto la estancia, muy tranquilo y jardines grandes. Lo único es un poco elevado los precios de los alimentos.

The restaurant service had in the one hand, very nice waiters and waitresses but also had an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful waiter (Damian). His approach to being a busy waiter is that the clients have ”to accept that breakfast will take about 30 minutes to be served” ” to be quiet to allow him to explain his perspective about how to request the breakfast to get a better price or else, assume to be charged more” not to mention that he told us there was no orange juice while other waiters were serving it to other tables all those 2 hours we were there. At the end, we waited 2 entire hours from the moment we arrived to complete our breakfast and an incredibly bad taste for our first vacation day. We spoke with the restaurant manager and while we got apologies and a very nice treatment by all the other staff members the following days, the last day of my stay (business portion of my trip) and to my dismay , when a very important professor with whom I was sharing breakfast asked this same waiter if they could please serve her breakfast as they were taking long and as we were going to be late, his response literally was ””well I'm sorry but you will have to wait as much as needed to get your food”!!!!!!! As I am spending so much time writing this negative review, I hope you can appreciate that if I do it is because it is very upsetting to spend money or the money of companies or institutions that pay this hotel to host their guests to be treated and talked in such an unprofessional way while it is also sad that the hard work of all the other staff members is tainted by one really unprofessional waiter.

Llegamos a las 12 de la noche, el del valet dijo que el coche estaba todo rayado, lo cual era falso pero le puso rayitas en todo el boleto, entonces mejor lo estacionamos nosotros, sin chocar. En la recepción nos dieron un cuarto hasta el fin del mundo sin explicar que hay que tomar otro elevador y no el que está ahí mismo, nos perdimos y regresamos a recepción ya nos indicaron por donde. En ese momento solicité mi factura la cual obviamente no han mandado, incluso hable ya por teléfono y quedaron en mandarla y sigue sin llegar. Al desayuno no quisieron dejarnos hasta que fuimos a la recepción otra vez por los pases que la noche anterior no nos dieron. El cuarto mini, un calor horrible y la ventana no se puede abrir. Yo pensé que por ser Holiday Inn era garantía de buen servicio e instalaciones pero no. Todo el lugar le hace falta renovación, esta viejo y polvoso. Si me gustó la pecera.

Nice, clean, and modern hotel. Great location.Good food and excellent But noisy and noisy guests. No hair dryers in the bedrooms.

Un excelente hotel, tiene empleados muy amables, te resuelven tus dudas 24 hrs y siempre están al pendiente. Muy amables y con instalaciones muy prácticas y cómodas. Tiene una alberca muy limpia y agradable. Sin duda volvería sin ningún problema.

Las personas que nos atendieron todos fueron amables, los alimentos del restaurante de la alberca fueron servidos rápidos y ricos. Solo el hotel está sobre la autopista, hay que mover en el auto o en el uber si quieres salir del hotel Pero todo estuvo muy bien.

Fue lo mejor en muchos sentidos Especialmente, el personal era muy bueno y las instalaciones eran buenas.

Muy buena experiencia, desde el momento en que nos recibieron el personal para el check in bastante bien muy atentos mi habitación tardo un poco pero nos permitieron estar en el área de restaurante y alberca mientras nos daban nuestra habitación muy buen servicio por cierto. En restaurante nos pedimos unos snacks mientras era el tiempo de espera deliciosos por cierto. Las habitaciones muy bien, limpias y confortables, cerca del centro todo excelente. Definitivamente volvemos.
