An okay hotel. If I’m not mistaken, it’s a 3 star hotel and it is a 3 or 3+ star experience. The staff was friendly and willing to help, but there’s honestly only one person at the reception and that person is not always available. Big plus is a swimming pool, a gym and sauna (which on the other hand may not be turned on). In this price, it’s really nice. Location for me was excellent, but if one goes there for sightseeing, it maybe not be too close to the city center. Beware of wedding parties - guests may be loud and drunk and staff can be partially successful in managing situation. Room was big - very big - clean and nice. Although old design, comfortable.

Awful. Terrible resting experience: it turns out, rooms numbered X01 (201, 301, etc) are flanked not by one, but by TWO elevators! Wall to wall. And, since it's a big hotel, those elevators are in use around the clock, so that the guest does not have a single minute of rest. Those rooms should simply NOT EXIST. They're a plain swindle. So, if you have no option than staying in this hotel, make sure they will not assign such a room to you. And, compared with this, any good thing I could find about this hotel is negligible. However, I'm giving it ** instead of * because the breakfast was quite acceptable.

hotel ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari pusat bandar. Saya terkejut dengan selimut kedua di atas katil bersaiz king. Syabas. kakitangan sangat membantu dan ia mengurangkan kepada minimum kesulitan yang berkaitan dengan situasi covid.

Hotel na 1 raz ok. Bylismy 3 dni rodzina z dzieckiem i to taka max dlugosc. Wykupione obiadokolacje i sniadania. Sniadania ok. Obiadokolacje wybor sredni, smakowo dobre. Tyle ze dokladaja jedzenie dopiero jak sie skonczy, wiec czekaliamy 5 minut na kluski, potem nie bylo salatek i znowu czekanie itd .Zabawa w wyzywienie w 4* hotelu za niemale pieniadze. Poza tym abstrakcyjny system ”rezerwacji” stolikow w restauracji. Polowa stolikow byla zajeta, a ludzi nie bylo przy nich w efekcie czego ludzie wchodzili na sniadanie/kolacje i wychodzili mimo ze polowie napisane rezerwacja a nikogo nie bylo przez godzine jak jedlismy. Sam hotel czysty, pokoje nie za duze ale nowoczesne. Duży teren hotelu z jeziorkiem, placem zabaw na zewnatz dla dzieci, miejscem na imprezy plenerowe. Basen ok, sredniej wielkosci ale plytki. Goscie to 90% lepiej uposazeni emeryci ktorzy przyjezdzaja na zabiegi w hotelu ktory to ma ich duza oferte. Okolica poza centrum Buska srednia, widac glownie kuracjuszy duzej ikosci sanatoriow. Cena hotelu za wysoka do jakosci, ale jest to jeden z lepszych hoteli w okolicy pewnie stad wysoka cena. Dla mnie hotel 3.5*.
