I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The service was impeccable—every request was met with a smile and efficiency. The attention to detail and the overall atmosphere made my stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. The hotel is located near the city centre where a large of restaurants and shops are nearby, which is very convenient for travellers. The reception staff is professional and polite. She answered all my queries promptly with smiles. When I asked her for restaurant recommendations, she asked the kind of food I like and recommend a couple of restaurants to me. The room is clean and tidy, with no obvious shortcomings. The breakfast served by the hotel impressed me. There are a large selection of food and fruits. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends

Были в июне, не в горнолыжный сезон. Отель очень понравился - хороший интерьер, большие номера, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, шикарный бассейн. Всё понравилось, смело рекомендую.

Slabe oświetlenie w łazience, nie ułatwiające golenia. Płacąc ponad 100 EUR za dobę przydałaby się w pokoju chociaż mała buteleczka wody. Informacja o możliwości picia kranówki w hotelu 3* jest mało satysfakcjonująca jak za takie pieniądze.
