From moment we arrived lovely Sarah was so welcoming 100%.price was really good compared to other places we have stayed that cost more and wasn't worth money. Stones throw from the beach.Thus was our second time staying really enjoyed and had a really good night's sleep.lovely touch they give you a bottle of milk on arrival đ

Slightly tired with some maintenance due.
Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!.
Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location.
It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.

Was easy to find and within walking distance of town. Very clean and thet had proper fresh milk in the fridge. Had good communication too. Would highly recommend this motel. Thank you

A suberb location close to everything and perfect views out over the bay .Â
The size of the suite was spacious and also offered cooking facilities.Â
A few broken things so I think maintenance could be improved, and we didnât get offered under cover parking which I assumed was for the junior suites.
The swimming pool was nice .

We spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations.
We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

Clean and tidy, the reception was very kind and helpful with information about the area.
Location is good, walking distance to shops and the beach.

Hotel was below. No A/C in the bedroom, EXTREMELY NOISY as well. Shower pressure was crap, super overpriced. Only good thing about it was you could hear the waves from the ocean at night and bed was semi decent.

BBlessinggThis hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.

GGuest UserSuch a beautiful location right on the waters edge. I stayed in one of the four standalone cabins. Each had their own covered outdoor seating area facing the water which was great when it was both sunny and raining. The cabin was clean and had all the equipment I needed. I was impressed that they provided washing up liquid, scrubbing brushes etc as often these sorts of things are not provided. There was no air con but fans were provided which helped and the bed was comfortable. The shower/kitchen block was close by with plenty of toilets and two showers. Both showers were hot and powerful, although one was so powerful it was painful! The other was much better. The kitchen /laundry area was well equipped although the oven was missing the shelves inside. Again it was all very clean.

It was a good price for good accommodation, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants etc. Small things could have earned a full 5 star rating such as extra pillows as ours were a bit flat, having more toilet paper as 3 rolls single ply for 4 people on a 5 day trip didnât cut it, but overall a good experience. The laundry was a bit dated so we ended up using the laundromat down the road, and we had no idea where the gym or restaurant was which would have been nice to have been informed of when we checked in.

MMyrkStyrStayed for 2 nights with wife and 8 year old son. The staff was super kind and welcoming. Our suite had amazing wraparound views of the bay. Parking spot was free and right next to our suite. WiFi was a bit spotty. Comfy bed. Walk to the beach was 10 min. Wonderful cafe in 2-3 min walk. The town was beautiful as well. Short drive north to the hot water beach was fun. I really liked this place. We made sure to clean up and do our dishes as note said extra fee if you left dirty dishes. Would highly recommend.

RRUIThe scenery is good, there are more bugs in the room. The facilities are also basically close to the limit of needing renovation. However, it is very good to have such an supporting facility in the big countryside. The young lady at the front desk is also very good. In addition, if you want to use an outdoor heated swimming pool, it is best not to live in a single building. The area where the single house is located is too far to the pool, to drive around from outside.

JJanya TLove convenience location but when you booked in app you will got old Building. Like a small kitchen in the room. Tiny Dishwasher was surprised me. Smart tv box is excellent for my Entertainment. Only problem was hot water temperature when showering. It's hard to control stable warm. Too hot and too cold. The towels supposed to change after second day stay that notice in the bathroom but it changed on fourth day of six days.

When we arrived we meet friendly staff and a nice clean setting, the room was spacious and a fabulous view of the marina, not to forget the tutukaka Twilight market with great atmosphere and sounds. It was a Hot day so unfortunately when we got back to our room that also was very hot and there was no air conditioning we did have great stacker windows and a fan in the ceiling but it was no match for the warmth we had that day. So going to the premises outdoor swimming pool seems like the logical thing to do upon arriving we found a great pool salt water chlorine and a beautiful Pahutakawa just waiting to burst into flower. Couldnât put to put much wrong with this place I would guarantee it to friends thanks guys,great stay

AAdeline SveistrupWas an ok stay for one night slightly higher pricing and the mattresses were a bit past so not a good sleep unfortunately then we were rudely awoken by someone bashing on our door and didn't stop til we opened it only to go sorry wrong room this was at 7am unfortunately we left before open hours of the office or we would have asked for a partial refund on our stay
