Hotel Dengan parking di Eastern Visayas, Philippines

Choose this hotel because it has a good location near the city center and it provides secure parking for the rental car I had. Hotel is old but maintained well. I would come back if in Tacloban.

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

The place is good and nice, halatang bagong hotel siya. i’m kinda not satisfied sa cr. Madulas yung tiles, delikado po. Walang divider sa bandang shower area to toilet bowl&sink kaya the whole cr will get wet pag naligo ka. Yung knob ng faucet natatanggal siya which is not our fault, yung lagayan ng stuff sa ibabaw ng sink yung glass is eventually bumababa, nakaktakot na baka matapat samin that time na malaglag which is not our fault also. Yung cover ng switch light baliktad, minadali gawin? Yung cabinet inside the room is sira din, which is not our fault.  • Toothbrush & tooth paste not included • Towel is included • Mabait ang staff sa front desk especially kuya guard.   • Shampoo, bodywash etc magkahalo sa isang lalagyan. • You can also order food from them merong menu sa loob ng room. • water dispenser is located outside the room sa may parang lobby sa 2nd floor, hot and cold water is available. • may netflix • malapit sa airport Overall i would rate it 4/5, our stay there was ok. Im just quite dissappointed sa cr. Btw, we were in Room 10 that time.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the staff did their best to prepare my room. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but they kindly allowed me to check in around 12:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Everyone was smiling and working with genuine care and dedication. I would like to express my special thanks to the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping team, and also the staff who always open the door at the entrance. Maraming salamat po. There is just one small thing I didn’t like: my room was located very close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Tacloban.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

It’s nice to stay in this hotel because it’s clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests I recommend this hotel to my friends and family

# Go Hotels Tacloban Review We really enjoyed our stay at Go Hotels Tacloban, especially since I was traveling with my baby. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall, which made it easy for us to get anything we needed. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. I am a guest for this hotel for 5 days, together with family and friends. We are frustrated with the hotel's parking area policy. According to staff, we are not permitted to park there as the spaces are reserved for customers. However, we have noticed different vehicles using the same spots throughout the day, which suggests no specific reservations are actually in place for individual spaces. We believe the use of parking area should be on a first-come, first-served basis since all guests pay the same rate for their stay. We would like to clarify – does the hotel have designated VIP parking spaces that are separate from general guest parking? Everyday I asked if I can use the parking area, still the same answer, it’s already reserved, but actually it’s vacant for hours.
