I had a wonderful stay a Lumen. The room was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. One of the highlights is the hotel’s daily light show celebrating the culture and history of Lisbon. It was a truly amazing experience and added a unique touch that made the hotel stand out from others. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the metro, making it simple to get around and visit the city’s main attractions.

Our go-to hotel in Lisbon. It's well-located (near Campolide and Sete Rios), the front office staff are excellent, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the beds are super comfortable, both in the suites and standard rooms. This is where our son learned to walk in 2024, and where we'll always return whenever we're in Lisbon.

The room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

We were originally scheduled to fly home on the same morning as our son, but on different flights. Around 5 AM that day, we found out our son's flight was canceled, while ours was still on schedule, leaving us with very little time. Our son wanted to stay an extra day at this hotel to use their gym (we had stayed there for a night two days prior). In my haste to book, I accidentally put my husband's name instead of my son's as the guest. We quickly checked on it after our flight landed, and thankfully, our son successfully checked in. So grateful! 😊 The Uber ride from the hotel to the airport was only CAD$6.

Location of hotel very convenient..few feet from Saldanha metro..on the red line Hotel..v modern and hi tech service Rooms v clean..except some may b vary using the modern washroom concept. Clean towels daily. Fresh breakfast spread was worth it. The reception staff was v friendly and assisted patiently with all details for our queries Will recommend..

When I saw the hotel in a NGO, I was scared, but when I arrived at the site I was glad with care, care and zeal for the environment and everything that is done there. The rooms are enough for a short stay: clean and comfortable. The hotel is in front of the beach and I made a very pleasant walk around. If you are looking for an accessible place for a short stay, go without fear.

This is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated at the northern end of Liberty Avenue, making it very convenient to get around. There's a subway station right downstairs, about 50 meters away. As for other facilities, it's pretty much on par with an average, older domestic business hotel. It's acceptably clean, and while the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up. The staff are all very good, and any requests are promptly responded to and met.

The room overlooked the sea, and the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was superb. The staff even offered us welcome champagne when we checked in, which was a lovely and warm gesture.

I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.
