Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed. The bar deserves a special mention: they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

No geral a estadia foi boa. O hotel estava limpo e o atendimento foi simpático. No entanto, deixo duas recomendações que poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência: a aplicação de cortinas blackout nos quartos, porque as que existem atualmente deixam passar muita luz; e a adição de mais canais na televisão, já que neste momento apenas tem os canais normais.

The staff is very nice. I told her my room is facing to the train station which makes me hard to fall asleep. The staff was nice enough to change to another room. However, be mindful that the toilet facilities are old.

Almost everything, including the room and breakfast, was perfect and very comfortable for me. However, I was a bit surprised that my room was cleaned while I was having breakfast. I wasn’t expecting that, so I had left my belongings on the bed and table. Fortunately, I had taken my important items with me, so nothing happened. Still, it was a little difficult for me to understand the timing. It might be helpful if guests could be informed in advance about the cleaning schedule.

The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed. It a small room but fine for 1 person. It was clean and I was very comfortable. Also I loved the location right near the water and was able to run on the biking jogging walking paths along the water. It felt safe clean and more ”local' as opposed to staying in the xity center with all the tourists and traffic. It was an easy 15 min uber ride into the city and I never had to wait long for an Uber. I would stay here again. The only negative waa rhe gym. You cannot fit more than 1 person innthe gym at a time. Also my room had a slight body odor smell. Not so overwhelming that I had to move rooms but it was just noticeable when I walked in but then It went away but still something I dod mention to the front desk and they were very apologetic and took care of it. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. Really great hotel. Price was right too!

Spent a sleepless night because the room had zero soundproofing. I could hear people walking, talking and smashing their doors in the middle of the night in the hallway as if they were in my room. Breakfast was underwhelming, instead I was extremely impressed by the gym nearby that all guests can use freely.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt polished and luxurious. The staff were also beautiful in every way. Kind, professional, well presented, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping ladies were a true highlight. Always sweet, always smiling, and clearly proud of their work. They made a lasting impression. The rooftop is stunning with breathtaking views and a sleek infinity pool. However, the space is compact and gets crowded quickly. There are only a few sun loungers, with some extra deck chairs added, but it still feels quite limited. The lifts can be frustrating. There are only two serving all the guests going up to the rooftop on the thirteenth floor, so the wait times can be long at busy times. Overall, the hotel gives luxury. Lisbon as a city is definitely expensive, but the level of service and quality at this hotel makes the cost feel more justified. I would definitely return.
