Хороший отель, большой номер, чистый, расположен в пешеходной зоне. Завтрак разнообразный, по-сербски питательный )
Один большой минус - отель недоступен для транспорта ! Парковка есть, но будьте готовы тащить чемоданы на руках, обходя здание по периметру! Если вы в возрасте или ограничены в движении - будет проблематично! Услуги носильщиков не наблюдал вообще. Хотя остальной персонал (только девушки) дружелюбный и приветливый.

Хороший отель, чистые номера, приветливый персонал. Идеально чтобы остановиться по дороге. Из минусов из-за того что отель расположен на трассе рядом совсем не где прогуляться. До города только на такси или автомобиле.

Шикарный отель! Номер был просторным, чистым и современным и новым. При отеле есть отличный красивый ресторан, в котором мы и завтракали. Завтрак был великолепен, советую всем брать номер именно с завтраком. Также мы смогли посетить бассейн при отеле с сауной (в бронирование включено 2 часа бассейна). Очень жаль, что мы остановились всего на одну ночь.

選錯了 這其實是個旅遊團會住的酒店 房間較大 但設施一般 淋浴房還是很久以前的款式 不是很方便 位置不錯 步行幾分鐘到湖邊和商業街 因為是旅遊團會住的酒店 服務就跟一般 早餐遇到一個團 吃飯排長隊

We had a wonderful stay at Luka’s cottage. Luka was an excellent host—very helpful and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The design of the cottage is beautiful, blending charm with functionality, and the location in nature is truly relaxing. There are plenty of attractions and activities to explore in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

Проживание в целом оставило приятные впечатления. Обслуживание было на хорошем уровне: персонал вежливый, отзывчивый и старался помочь по всем вопросам. Территория и объекты отеля поддерживаются в порядке — всё выглядело аккуратно и ухоженно.
Номер соответствовал ожиданиям: чистый, комфортный, с регулярной уборкой. Ресторан оставил положительные впечатления — еда была вкусной, выбор блюд достаточно разнообразным, а подача аккуратной.
В целом отдых прошёл комфортно. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант проживания тем, кто ищет спокойный и приятный отдых.

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft direkt an der Drina neben einem Wasserfall der Quelle – die Umgebung ist wirklich idyllisch und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Inhaber, die den Aufenthalt persönlich und angenehm machen. Auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor Ort sind ein großer Pluspunkt.
Weniger überzeugen konnte das inkludierte Frühstück im benachbarten Restaurant: Die Auswahl war eher begrenzt, und leider ist nicht einmal ein richtiger Kaffee im Preis enthalten – stattdessen gibt es ein lösliches Fertigprodukt.
Das Highlight der Region, das Drina River House, ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

環境：離鎮中心比較近，離gold Gondola🚡觀光點也近，空氣好，污染少，選的是全景公寓房，房間大寬敞，閣樓帶窗一張床，樓下有梳化床，帶陽台
服務：前台和餐廳都有會英語的服務人員，總體感覺很棒，冬季來滑雪更好，如果再來還會選它

BbaobeipoloThe room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time.
I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin.
Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.

MMinh Nga NguyenI stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect. If you want to find a place with a beautiful view from the balcony, this is the ideal for that. The facilities were new and complete, there was always someone on duty because when we were there, we couldn't call a taxi and they helped in a friendly way. I really like this place

AA0001 leoThe hotel has an elegant environment and a good location. You can take a stop to Montenegro by car and add food. There is a big supermarket downstairs. There are not many breakfast options, but the taste is not bad. There is a heated swimming pool on the first floor. You can rest and entertain. There are many room types. There is a kitchen where you can buy something yourself and eat it with an oven induction cooker, and you can also sit on the small balcony and drink beer. It feels very comfortable.

観光というよりホテル内でゆっくりすることを目的にここを選びました。部屋もサウナも快適でよかったです。
欠点がないホテルです。
旦那が誕生日だったので、直前にメールでケーキのオーダーを相談したら、無料で手配してくれました。ホテル一同サプライズのお手伝いをしてくれて嬉しかったです。スタッフのホスピタリティは満点以上です。
レストランも大変おいしかったです。最高の滞在でした。

The hotel is very friendly and helpful, and it is also a great place to make the stay personal and pleasant.
Less convinced the included breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant: The choice was rather limited, and unfortunately even a real coffee is not included in the price – instead there is a soluble finished product.
The highlight of the region, the Drina River House, is available in a few minutes.

MMishelkkThe overall stay left a pleasant impression. The service was good: staff were polite, responsive and tried to help with all the issues. The area and hotel facilities were maintained in order everything looked neat and careful.
The room was in line with expectations: clean, comfortable, with regular cleaning. The restaurant left positive impressions food was delicious, the choice of dishes was quite diverse and the supply was neat.
In general, the rest was comfortable. I can recommend this option of accommodation to those looking for a quiet and pleasant rest.

The sofa bed actually cannot be opened when sleeping on the sofa. I felt much better when I woke up the next day and found that the hotel is on the pedestrian street.

Environment: Close to the town center and the gold Gondola🚡 sightseeing spot, good air and less pollution. I chose a panoramic apartment, which is large and spacious. There is a bed in the attic with a window, a sofa bed downstairs, and a balcony.
Service: There are English-speaking service staff at the front desk and restaurant. The overall feeling is great. It is better to ski in winter. If I come again, I will choose it again.

The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.
