Hotel location is OK, in the center, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. The soundproofing of the hotel is not very good, and the movement in the corridor can be heard clearly. Fortunately, other guests are very qualified. There are only one or two sounds in the corridor, so they are not troubled by the sound insulation problem. The hotel facilities are relatively old, the room has always had a white body smell (smell), and the room smells great. This is the only hotel I have encountered in the room with a white body smell, which is very uncomfortable. The hotel heating is overheated, even if the front desk helps to reduce the heating, even if you wear a T-shirt, you will still sweat hot. The front desk service of the hotel is particularly good, and any questions will be answered patiently. Although the service is too good to say, the old facilities, the white human-smelling room, and the overheated heating make people feel uncomfortable every night. If I go again, I will definitely not choose this hotel.

The room was clean, but the part of the hotel is under repair and the sand from the corridor quickly got into the room. There was no air conditioner in the room, but there are baskets for the air conditioner - maybe soon install. On the floor there was a cooler and a microwave oven, in the room there was a teapot and a refrigerator. Located opposite the railway station - a monument of constructionism. There are parking places. On the photo - Derbenta office, former Derbeneva factory, in a walk of access from the hotel.

Location super! polite staff. The first number gave very smoked, no questions changed, but there smelled too not very, when the closed window smells of toli chemical, whether the building materials.. the windows of plastic, in the room clean, but suffocated linoleum. It was nice that 2 doors in the room and if you close both, it is very quiet .

Not the center, but since the city is small - it doesn't feel. Staff super, breakfast is good. The room is ordinary but clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows personally I didn't like, but for 3 stars fit.

Отличный отель! Пробыл здесь всего одну ночь, но остались только положительные впечатления. В номере было очень чисто и уютно, всё необходимое под рукой. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусный и разнообразный завтрак — прекрасное начало дня.
