It’s was nice and comfortable, courteous staff rooms were very clean neat and I just wanted to nestle in my bed stay one more night.

Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

Enjoyed my stay Mrs Bridget was amazing she got me checked in early. The food was great for lunch and dinner. Brittany at the bar was very nice and fast service she helped make my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to both ladies

My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.

The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system. Thank you!

翌朝早朝便だったので、空港から近いことで利用しました。朝食は6時ピッタリから開始！種類は多くないですがアーモンドミルクやデカフェなどがあって良かったです！空港へのシャトルバスも20分間隔で助かりました。アトランタ空港はハブ空港にてかなり広く、1時間半前の出発でも手荷物検査など混雑しておりギリギリの搭乗にて2時間前出発をオススメします！

My second stay within a week and my experience are completely different: 1) front desk lady is kinda rude. 2) asking for parking fee which was included during my previous stay, exactly the same room type and conditions. 3) THE ROOM IS WAY TOO NOISY! I got the room at the end of the hall with facing the highway. The nonstop traffic and airplane overflying kept me awake for the entire night even I put the earplug in. I end up took the sleeping pill at 3am… unbelievable.

El hotel está alejado del aeropuerto el personal SÚPER AMABLE la cama cómoda el desayuno básico NO TIENEN TRASLADO AL AEROPUERTO me molesto mucho que en mi búsqueda de hotel marque hoteles con transporte al aeropuerto y me salió en la lista eso es un problema de el sistema de trip me costo el taxi 60 dólares por que había tráfico pero la vuelta sin tráfico un Uber fueron 30 por la cual no lo trip debe controlar que la información de transporte sea correcta
