Sono stato solo una notte però l'accoglienza è stata ottima. L'unica cosa, ma questo è un mio problema, è che le stanze non hanno aperture e per me che soffro di claustrofobia non poter avere aria diventa problematico.

Nice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!

We booked the Pairi Daiza package, and we were thoroughly impressed with the dining experience. The restaurant provided excellent service, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings were both ample and delicious, setting a positive tone for our visit. However, our overall impression was marred by some significant issues with our room: - It wasn't that clean. - Upon entering our room, we had to deal with at least 6 mosquitoes. - Regrettably, the air conditioning system appeared to be malfunctioning, leaving our room uncomfortably warm. - Only 1 small bad pillow each and 1 blanket. - The relentless presence of mosquitoes made it impossible to enjoy a restful night's sleep.. Unfortunately, this resulted in a rather unpleasant night for us. Other things that could be said: - The indoor pool felt uncomfortably cold, and the water appeared cloudy. (we didn't used it) -The outdoor pool was in a state of disrepair, with murky green water and low temperatures. - The exterior of the establishment appeared to be undergoing extensive renovations, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the place. This was particularly disappointing because we could see the immense potential the location had to offer. We believe that if these issues with the room(s) were addressed, it would greatly enhance the overall experience, potentially elevating it to a four or even five-star rating.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of gorgeous Mouscron. Friendly smiling staff greet you as you use this hotel, Lovely big rooms with everything you need, big showers, mine was slightly under pressure and tricky to operate, although no one else complained so mine was an isolated incident. Continental brekkie with everything you needed, and a bar and vending machine for those post walk sustenance. The only negative was the evening meal, which is not prepared on site, so a micro type meal. Was really difficult to get something to eat in the evening, by the time we finished our day, showered and went out all restaurants were full, not good.

+ : Close to the airport, plenty of parking spaces, friendly staff, varied and tasty breakfast, excellent restaurant - : Uncomfortable room in the attic, irritating elevator, noise due to proximity to the highway, impossible to adjust the air conditioning

Good location, nice experience, friendly staff! We will for sure recommend the location and surroundings to other people, hotel accommodation was great, the weather was not the best one but as it was a short stay for sure we will come back for a longer one in order to benefit from the full facilities!
