Everything in the room is not bad, business trips can be stayed at night, there is no air conditioning in winter, it is too hot during the day, can not stay in the room, it will turn cold at night.

The soundproofing was poor, and they had a party until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Although I complained, they said it was a scheduled event, so the noise continued past 2 a.m. They offered a free late check-out as compensation, but if I had known, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. (They said it’s party season, but partying until 2 a.m. at a hotel seems unreasonable.) I appreciate the staff member who tried to address the issue, but I understand she had no way to help me.
The staff at breakfast and the spa were kind, but they didn’t provide basic information unless asked. I had to inquire about the breakfast location and times, spa lockers, and towel availability myself.
The location is excellent.
