The location is great, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are McDonald’s and cafés within walking distance, so food options are easy to find. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and even helped me print my train ticket. The breakfast selection is quite complete and reasonably priced—better than looking for breakfast outside. I didn’t really like the bathroom design , it’s not convenient for hanging clothes or getting changed, and it can be a bit troublesome if two friends are sharing the room.

had an absolutely wonderful stay at MS Aparthotel in Portugal. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, making me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend MS Aparthotel to anyone visiting Portugal. I can’t wait to come back!

The front desk is kind and good at English, the room is big and clean, things are well equipped, everything is good.

Very good and nice hotel and friendly receptionist Ana. Superb location as the mall opposite the hotel opens till midnight. Awesome sky bar at level 16. We booked the room with river view and it was a sight to behold. Unfortunately it was foggy the morning we were checking out hence the foggy photo from the window.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Lumen Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were all done in an efficient manner. The location of the hotel is ideal; it is close to the metro, bus stops and also it is easily walkable, as compared to the old city area which has very steep streets, to the downtown area (some 45 minutes for strolling). Also far above our expectations, we could easily find a number of eateries nearby. Every corner in the hotel is well-lit and clean. The room is spacious. The water pressure is very strong. Besides, the light shows which are on every night are spectacular and impressive. Would certainly recommend to any travellers who wish to have a memorable stay in Lisbon.

I was greeted by Ms. Lorena at the reception. She is very friendly and helpful, with a beautiful smile. She provided me with some good information on where to go and what to do. She is a great receptionist.

Very spacious and clean hotel.  Felt like an apartment with the separate rooms, including the bathroom bedroom kitchen. Kitchen also had an appliances and utensils as well as the microwave and mini fridge, which was really useful as there was a grocery store nearby. Around a 10 minute walk to the metro station which was not hard to navigate in getting to the more central shopping areas of Lisbon. Front desk was also very responsive. All in all, great experience.

Correu tudo muito bem. Muito simpáticos, a cama e almofadas super confortáveis, a decoração do quarto era minimalista mas mt bem pensada, a varanda mesmo de frente ao Mar foi realmente o que cativou, adormecer e acordar com o som do Mar.... Otimo... O spa era muito bom, a piscina exterior tambem recomendo. O restaurante serviu um PA super completo e nutritivo. Almoçamos no restaurante, comida em quantidades certas e comida saborosa, tivemos 5% de desconto por sermos hóspedes

非常棒！飯店非常新，裡面所有的服務人員都非常親切！環境非常舒適、乾淨、安靜！房間空間很大！頂樓的泳池與餐廳非常舒服，由於8點才日落，可以曬太陽到7點泳池關閉剛好！很愜意的度假飯店，離車站也非常近，去卡斯凱什很方便！早餐選擇非常多，非常豐富！絕對不會讓你失望，下次一定還會再選擇入住！
