Big room, clean bed and bath room. Smooth checkin. Very nice breakfast. Bar lounge was also brilliant. No cash payment.

Hotel really well situated for the motorway and for Newbury station. The facilities are really good, and service received from the moment we arrived from the very friendly and helpful member of staff on reception. Really lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. Will definitely be returning

Hilton Reading will be convenient if you are driving, the room is clean. Receptionists are helpful, nice and professional. Breakfast is also friendly to vegetarian 😋

Hotel is older than expected but conveniently located. Room is pretty standard, bathroom is quite small but enough. Front desk staff were not too welcoming but did the job. On the hotel webpage it says parking is £10 per car per night but infact you can do hourly charge and it’s also open to guest if you have someone visiting you at the hotel. You either pay at reception or in app. The machine doesn’t work.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

Fabulous place! For the price point I was concerned this would be disappointing but it was the complete opposite and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. Absolutely perfect for our purposes, close to Newbury for dinner and exploring, and a great place to go back to at night (the £15 cost of a cab was well within our budget). Breakfast was very tasty and organised with a well stocked selection and nice atmosphere. We used the pool and sauna in the morning after checkout which was clean and very welcoming. My ONLY gripe was that check-in was a little rushed and felt a little like a conveyor belt, we had been stuck in traffic and a warmer welcome would have been appreciated. Overall though, a great experience. Well done to the whole team!

Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik, dan kemudahannya juga baik. Semasa wabak, anda mesti membuat temu janji terlebih dahulu. Ia amat bertimbang rasa. Kerja pembasmian kuman kolam dilakukan dengan baik.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
