I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

Отель в целом нам очень понравился. Находиться в старом Батуми , красивые улочки , рядом в пешей доступности , все достопримечательность. Единственное сначала нас заселили в номер 421 , там было очень шумно ночью спать и кондиционер очень сильно гудел , попросили поменять нам номер на более тихий , нам сразу поменяли . В целом шумоизоляция на 3 , в номере было слышно как сливаешься воду на этаже выше. Очень вкусные завтраки, есть и рыбы и разновидность сыров , хамон. Можно попросить сделать скрэмбл или глазунью . Бассейн большой , теплый и чистый , а вид с него прекрасный . Попросили утюг и доску гладильную , принесли в номер .Отель однозначно рекомендую.

We stayed in this hotel chain for the second time (after Tbilisi), we chose them because the hotel was located near the coastline and the hotel was clean. Among the advantages of the hotel, I would like to note first of all its own parking; the staff speaks Russian well; cleanliness in the room; view of the sea from the room; presence of a balcony; location close to the beach; good soundproofing of the room. The hotel also has disadvantages, namely: the breakfast is monotonous and not tasty, not typical for Russians; coffee in the hotel chain has no taste; the room on the balcony lacks outdoor furniture and a dryer for clothes; there is no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. I also want to tell you about the situation that happened to us: the night before check-out, a fire alarm went off, we immediately called the reception, but we could not get through. We went down the stairs as expected, approached the girl at the reception, she replied that someone was smoking cigarettes. But I was surprised that they didn’t apologize to us verbally for this situation, after all it was the middle of the night and people woke up and got scared...

After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center. It was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, but I was satisfied with the sauna facilities and the variety of breakfast options.

Old, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Baseboards taped to the floor in the hallway, minimal accessories in the bathroom, poor coffee set - they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast! (how is that even possible), the outdoor pool is 100 meters from the hotel, and the indoor one was not working. Disappointed

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room. Price-quality ratio.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!
