Hotel Dengan Kolam di Adjara, Georgia

Бронировали данный апартамент на сайте booking за месяц до поездки, сразу указали что у нас планируется свадебное путешествие. Перед поездкой за неделю указал что приедем в определенное время. Когда мы приехали в комплекс , апартамент еще не был готов , хотя я заранее писал что мы приедем в 16 часов … Менеджер Михаил заверил нас , что в 17:00 все будет готово По итогу мы заселились только в 17:30. Сразу же включили кондиционер и увидели что он течет, сообщили об этом в «оперативный» чат и лично Михаилу . Нам посоветовали не включать его на слишком низкую температуру 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️ , ок включили на 25- все равно течет.. на следующий день мы пошли в 603 номер , в само агентство которое сдало нам этот апартамент, нам ответили что телевизор и кондей починят сегодня, ок, поверили. По факту же вечером ситуация не поменялась, пришлось опять идти к ним и ругаться, в итоге телевизор починили, кондей так же течет. Но нашу просьбу о переселении ответ был однозначный: таких же номеров нет … самое интересное что чат работает с 10 до 19 (но ответа в нем приходилась ждать более суток), а на ресепшене комплекса ничем не могут помочь, так как квартира принадлежит частному лицу… 💆🏼‍♂️ 2 дня просили сделать уборку … Что по итогу: Кондиционер тек на протяжении всей недели , телевизор починили спустя 2 дня , уборку сделали только после некоторых просьб. Скудный набор посуды(2 вилки, 2 ложки , 2 чайные ложки, 1 тупой кухонный нож, доска , сковородка и кастрюля , разваливающаяся лопатка) Безумное безразличие сотрудников агенства “Grand city real estate” на гостей , грязные номера, на стенах какие то пятна, постельное белье в катышках , грязная душевая, прожженные шторы ,сломанное сиденье на унитазе(починили спустя 2 дня), всего полноценная уборка была 1 раз за неделю, включая смену полотенец и вынос мусора. Из позитивного нам подарили бутылку вина и коробку Рафаэло (так как мы молодожены ) но спустя 4 дня и напоминания (я пошел на принцип, так как при заселении Михаил сам сказал что нам будет подарок) !! Категорически не советую бронировать Апартаменты через это агенство!! Частные лица сдают такие же апартаменты гораздо дешевле (~120 лари сутки) , мы же заплатили 210 лари за сутки. Либо через сам комплекс бронируйте

JRW Welmond Hotel provided a pleasant experience during our stay. The rooms were quite spacious and beautifully designed. Additionally, the ****** on the premises added to our enjoyment. The staff members were hospitable and helpful. The reasonable pricing was also a positive aspect, showing a balanced approach considering the services provided. However, the hotel's drawback was its distance from the city center, requiring extra effort to reach. The somewhat remote location might slightly impact your travel plans. In summary, the JRW Welmond Hotel's spacious and appealing rooms, enjoyable ****** experience, and helpful staff were all contributing factors to a positive experience. If the distance from the city center isn't a concern for you, I recommend considering this hotel as an option.

. I stayed in two hotels in Batumi, Hilton and Grand Gloria. Upon entering the Hilton hotel and checking in, there was no one to bring our luggage to our room. In the room, there were no toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. There was no coffee, tea, spoon and fork. I have had to request these items multiple times during my stay, I even had to call to refill the coffee and water and replace the dirty cup. This was unlikely for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast area was small and there was usually no place to sit, so they directed you to another place where there were no breakfast facilities. The pool did not have an open area. advantages: Our room was sea view and it was beautiful with a nice balcony Overall, the hotel was clean The bar on the 20th floor had a wonderful view. The location of the hotel was very good They served iced coffee at breakfast time, it was great

房間略小，但是地理位置和景色都很好，服務也不錯。 早餐也很棒，樓下就有音樂噴泉，晚上在周邊溜達一下和坐一坐特別舒服，甜品搭蜂蜜水很絕超級好吃。

in a central location. clean. the room was cleaned every day. towels were changed every day. If we come to Batumi again, we will stay here again. thanks.

酒店位置很好，在海濱大道旁，離黑海兩分鐘路程。走到熱門景點大概十分鐘的樣子。 推薦大家定club房，行政酒廊的風景挺不錯，也沒什麼人，happy hour酒的種類比較豐富。 另外記得帶泳衣嘗試下酒店的土耳其浴，非常放鬆。 入住的時候有點小插曲，不過攜程很快解決了。

The Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Breakfast and service was very poor,the paint of the room was spilled in several places. The A/C had a problem and it didn’t work, the service said because one of the room in the same floor decrease the temperature less than 20C and the whole system of floor becomes out of service. The smell of toilet was terrible and the toilet fan didn’t work, We had to open the window for the whole time but the funny thing was the hinge of the window was corrupted and we used water bottle to keep it open. The first day, when we arrived we asked for safety box, the hotel sent someone to fix it. When he came to our room to fix it HE ASKED ME TO BRING HIM A CHAIR because he wanted to sit down for 20 seconds. The housekeeping was poor and the staffs are not friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and view. It was a terrible experience as a five stat hotel.

We stayed in a standard room, everything was according to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The hotel has just opened, so the renovation and furniture are new. The staff is nice, the view from the window to the lake was amazing. I think in terms of price and quality, this hotel in Batumi will be the best.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ambassadori Goderdzi. The receptionist, Demetre, was not only helpful and welcoming but also showcased his talent as a DJ. He played Indian/Hindi club music upon our special request, which added a unique touch to our stay and created a fun and lively atmosphere. The stunning views surrounding the hotel were simply breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The spa and swimming pool facilities at Ambassadori Goderdzi were top-notch. I indulged in some pampering at the spa, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge during my stay. The only slight shortfall was that there were no open restaurants after 10 pm. However, I understand that this was due to the offseason and limited guest numbers. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience at Ambassadori Goderdzi was exceptional. I highly recommend Ambassadori Goderdzi for its friendly and talented staff, stunning views, and excellent spa and swimming pool facilities. It is a wonderful destination for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The Breakfast and that serving is not like hotel. The pool and the spa are out of order. In The room you hear noise of the air conditioner and the street, of course I'm a little sensitive. sometimes there is no staff in the reception. There is no tooth brushin the room and quality of shampoos is not good. Finally luckily the Location is perfect. near park, beach, old batumi and Ali and Nino ....

We stayed in a standard room, everything was according to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The hotel has just opened, so the renovation and furniture are new. Great hotel with perfect green territory, open and covered swimming pools, serviced beach and nice cocktails in the bar. Great breakfasts but missing champaign which should be present at such hotels. Rooms are a bit dated and tired, scratches all over, old-fashioned badly working furniture, a/c and toilet are noisy, carpet smelly. But still rooms are comfortable and nice. Food other than breakfast is of a medium quality and seems a bit overpriced. The only dish which we found really great was burger ! Main drawback is staff - badly trained, not coordinated, almost not speaking any language. In top some of the staff are rather ignoring … Overall - probably best in Kobuleti and one of the best in Batumi area. Small drawbacks will not spoil your stay, but if management will see into them hotel will become really a gem !

Отель очень понравился! Из плюсов: -удачное расположение (на пляже, на окраине-рядом отелей нет, следовательно и людей мало), вид из окон замечательный -очень вежливый,приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, причем весь-охрана,горничные, администраторы ресепшн, официанты. Вы молодцы!персонал-сердце любого отеля. -вид из номеров-шикарный, территория ухоженная, стройка не мешает. -качественные материалы, грамотная постройка Минус только один для меня- дыра в 10-15см на балконе, ребенок может и не упадет,так как есть трос, но ногу сломает,повиснув там. Больше минусов нет, но есть для меня моменты, на которые я бы хотела обратить внимание руководства (возможно кто-то это и не заметит, просто я в силу своей профессиональной деятельности заметила): - не докладывают полотенца для ног, нам их как убрали первый раз, так больше и не приносили, хотя с душевой нужны именно они и их замена. -если отель позиционирует себя как 5 звезд, то должны быть все косметические средства и еще тапочки, а не только мыло и шампунь( но я предполагаю, что 5* будет официально после завершения строительства других корпусов) -табличку не беспокоить вешали в обед на два часа, потом вешали табличку убрать-никто не убирал, пока через 2 дня не обратились на ресепшен, понимаю, что горничные не всегда видят, но могут после обеда еще раз проходить,когда люди уходят на пляж-в отеле у моря это было бы логично. -белье постельное нам сменили только за день до выезда😁 -в Кобулети очень много собак,соотвественно и на пляже.Я их очень люблю, но не на пляже. Когда ты сидишь с ребенком, а они тут рядом иежду собой грызутся. Хотелось бы в таком отеле частный пляж, за которым бы следили. Опять же повторюсь, это не какие-то критические минусы.Мы хорошо отдохнули, отель понравился, персонал понравился, если смотреть в общем-все замечательно!
