Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.

Travelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat! If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!

Generous Space: Even the standard rooms are spacious enough to accommodate two fully opened 28-inch suitcases. This is especially valuable for travelers who need a final opportunity to organize their belongings before heading home. In addition, the hotel features a 24-hour convenience store, as well as a gym and an indoor swimming pool (available at an extra charge). As a long-established property, some room designs may feel slightly dated. However, for those who appreciate minimalism or cutting-edge modernity, this subtle retro charm may offer a pleasantly nostalgic experience.

I love this hotel. Located 5 mins away from the airport and have lawson inside the hotel. Even room is outdated but well maintained. The amenities given also well provided include the bath salt. Staff at the checkin and breakfast can be more friendly and smile more. Alll the staffs can speak English very well. The breakfast also nice but could be refilled the food more faster.

Although the hotel and its facilities are a bit old, we still really enjoyed our stay in this airport hotel, because of its great location, professional staff and service, delicious breakfast, and the free shuttle bus to the airport. And there is a convenience store at the lobby, which makes things much easier! Overall, a great airport hotel for Narita, that I’ll definitely come back when I got an early flight to catch.

This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home. Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven. The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room. Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view. This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖

Hotel ini berhampiran dengan lapangan terbang, jadi tidak ada masalah jika anda melalui Narita dan bermalam. Jenama sebelumnya ialah Raddison, dan hotel lama itu mempunyai asas yang baik. The place is so cool and wide. The staffs are so friendly and didn’t expected that the plates that we used in the breakfast will also washed by the staffs and it brings me more respect in this hotel. Thank you for the good services🙏🏼❤️

A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members. Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite. Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening. Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance. Sunset is awesome here.
