Nicely designed hotel. But rooms are small and tight. Not easy to walk around. Location a little off the center of Saga City but lots of car parking available. Service was good and helpful. And you can even buy a fireworks and play!

너무나 아름답고 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 로비에 들어가자마자 감동이 되었던게 탄성이 저절로 나오는 압권.. 바닷다 풍경과 그와 어우러지는 새하얀 아름다운 호텔의 조화가 너무 인상적이었기 때문입니다. 모든 비치된 물품들마다 하나 하나 소중하고 고급스러웠고 아이들을 위해서는 실내온수 수영장이 있었고, 어른들을 위한 야외 온천 수영장은 저 멀리 산들에 둘러쌓인 풍경, 수영과 바다가 마치 연결된듯... 환상적이었습니다.
음식도 최고 퀄러티.. 모든게 최고 퀄러티..강력 추천합니다

일단 너무너무 친절해서 기분이 좋아요~
완공되면 다시 갈 생각입니다.
현재 oncri 말구 우오한 일때부터 왔었는데 가라쓰에 이만한 숙소는 없다고 장담해요! 가라쓰에 좋은 추억 안겨주셔서 감사합니다!
- 우오한때 있었던 유카타 대여서비스가 다시 생겼으면 더 좋을 것 같아요~

Love the amenities in the hotel. There’s also a wide selection of food during the breakfast session, and my partner and I managed had a very satisfying breakfast throughout our stay.

차를 렌트해서 다녀서인지 사가 여행에 좋은 위치였습니다.
주차장이 넓고 편리했숩니다.
호텔은 규모가 크고 시설도 아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
방은 다른 료칸의 2배 정도 되었고 뷰도 좋았습니다.
대욕장은 아주 넓고 쾌적하고 노천탕도 좋았습니다.
매우 한적해서 여유롭고 좋았습니다.
1박 요금이 저렴한 편이라 아침식사는 단촐했습니다.
그래도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.
다음에 또 오고 싶습니다.

SSomewhere, sometimeThe location of the hotel is great, you can take a walk to the beach downstairs. It is not far from other sightseeing spots.
The room is old but has a sea view, the food is quite satisfactory but the restaurant has a good view.
The bathroom in the room is too cold, you can only take a bath in the large bath, and the sanitary environment has room for improvement.

JJenniferBooked an ocean view room (with breakfast and dinner) to celebrate my husband's birthday, tried to ask the hotel a few weeks before departure if a cake could be prepared, was rejected, and no other options (such as ordering a cake on behalf of others are also possible) or arrangements were offered. On the day of arrival, there was a welcome cake for guests 😅, I didn't understand why I couldn't help prepare a birthday cake. This hotel is not recommended if you want to celebrate a birthday or special day.
The rooms were large and the sea view was beautiful, but the quality of the restaurant's buffet dinner was average, and the food and service were really disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The stay was sparsely populated and the occupancy rate seemed not high. Delayed check-out for an hour, the charge is JPY6050, which is quite expensive. overall experience average, stay once is enough, will not return visit.

사사과꽃향기I stayed in several rooms with friends, and they were all satisfied. We booked the hotel three months in advance and enjoyed a great stay at a great price. The hot spring facilities were also excellent, perfect for recovering from fatigue.
