Hotel Dengan Pools di Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

酒店的淋浴熱水幾乎是涼的，且不能調節。跟前台溝通提前退房一天也不答應。酒店位置在大學裏，周邊要走好久才走一間超市。去哪裡都要叫黑車。早餐還行。

Reception was very good at Moroccan House, they booked a reliable airport transfer for us who actually turned up on time at 3.45 am! The air conditioner worked, unlike some other hotels close by.  It was nice having a fridge and a pool in the Summer heat.  The hotel looks like a Riad inside; much more character than it’s neighbouring hotels, also much cooler.  To top it all, Moroccan House was more affordable than the other hotels in the area.  Many thanks!

This hotel offers a pleasant overall experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night’s rest. The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center, catering to various guests’ needs. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, responding promptly to guests’ requests.

Great location, easily accessible by local buses and airport coach transfer, or a 1.5hr walk which in the warm weather isn’t too bad. Hotel is near shops, coffee houses and restaurants, with a large supermarket and shopping mall within 5-10mins walking distance. My room and shower room were both clean, ample in size and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty and filling, they give a range of pastries, a slice of cake, chopped fruit, hot drinks, juices, and an omelette of your choice, which I didn’t realise til the final day :/ staff are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again :-)

Я не понимаю восторженных отзывов об этом отеле! Ванная комната ужасно маленькая невозможно развернуться, душевая кабина тоже очень маленькая и вся вода из нее вытекает на пол, там образуется лужа и это ужасно! Что еще хуже , вода в номере идет холодная, мы дважды за вечер позвонили и сказали об этом, после чего она пошла немного теплая, но на следующий вечер она снова шла холодная , не теплая , а именно холодная!!! После уборки из 5 положенных полотенец положили почему то 2 больших и все, пришлось снова звонить и просить! тапочек в отеле нет, а по холодной плитке ходить крайне не комфортно!

Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

Personnels très serviables à l’écoute , petit déjeuner copieux et variés y’en a pour tous les goûts , et propreté impeccable.

Buen riad, con muy buena atención. Nos vinieron a buscar al taxi el primer día y nos ayudaron a encontrarnos con el conductor a la vuelta. Buen desayuno, cosa que se agradece ya que nos parecería complicado empezar el día encontrando donde desayunar. Está a 20 mins andando de la plaza principal.

Das Hotel liegt in der Neustadt von Marrakech an einer sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Entsprechend laut ist es. Wir hatten daher ein Zimmer nach hinten raus genommen. Das war deutlich ruhiger, aber da hörte man die ganze Zeit ein Brummen von den Generatoren der Klimaanlage. Wirklich Ruhe hat man da nie, aber es ging, hätte auch noch schlimmer sein können. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Man kann in die Altstadt laufen, was aber etwa eine halbe Stunde dauert. In der Nähe sich auch Restaurants, ein Park und der Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war okay. Der Pool ist winzig, eher Dekoration.
