Hotel Dengan Pools di Souss-Massa, Morocco

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

Checked in at 15 o'clock, we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room has not been cleaned up, and it is not officially checked in at 17:30. The room was a bit slow, the room was damp and a bit musty, the toilet paper was very thin, the sound insulation was particularly bad, and there were many types of breakfast.

The location was perfect, offering beautiful ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is good too. Overall, it’s a nice option for a quiet getaway by the sea.

Club Almoggar offers a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay near the beach. The hotel's location is one of its strongest points—just steps away from the ocean and close to local attractions. While some areas of the property could benefit from updates, the staff is generally helpful, and the gardens are well-kept. It’s a solid option for a laid-back holiday in Agadir.

Hamilton Agadir managements maintains it’s Excellent services for years, Mr. AbduLatif& his staff are doing marvelous job and friendly relations with all guests especially, with Gulf customers. Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. I enjoyed my time here very much (my first all inclusive holiday ever) Though The first night was kind of a nightmare because there’s a constant humming noise (either from pipe or main aircon 😢) that ruined our sleep but after we mentioned it to the front desk they offered to change the room for us right away. The food options were plenty but same every day so can be boring after a few days. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have joined the activities they offer and had a great fun. (Arabic class and aerobic)

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le personnel n’était pas super gentil à l’accueil .. à éviter pendant la haute saison car l’hôtel sera pleins de touristes ; buffets tres basiques avec peu de choix, impossible de réserver des repas dans les 2 restaurants de l’hôtel, impossible d’avoir un transat à la piscine car ils serons réservés par les touristes très tôt le matin ….
