Hotel Dengan Pools di Zuid-Holland, Netherlands

Zeer fijn verblijf in een mooi hotel met een fijne kamer, dat voorzien was van alle faciliteiten. Enorm vriendelijke mensen, zowel in de bediening als de hosting. En gelegen op een steenworp afstand van de zee. Heel mooi.

It was a nice experience to stay overnight in a cruise ship. The location is very calm and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had good varieties. There is a parking area in front of the ship where you can park for 15€/day

Mooi hotel, in 1e instantie zaten wij op de bovenste etage. Maar daar was een douche in een bad. Niet fijn. Maar dat kon gelukkig zo geregeld worden. En hebben ze ons verhuisd naar de begane grond. Nette ruime kamer en badkamer. Prachtige entree en indrukwekkende opgang naar 1e etage. Ook interessant expositie op de 1e etage over de geschiedenis van dit hotel, wat oorspronkelijk eerst een paleis was. En ook welke bekende gasten er ooit hebben geslapen. En bed sliep heerlijk! Stevig voor de rug, maar toch zacht voor de heupjes en schouders 😉

I arrived in hotel 2pm my room is not ready its ok normal 3pm is the check in time. So walk around and have drinks in the restaurant with my daughter the restaurant is quite but first i order the drinks it takes 15 mins or more and the pancake i order it takes also 25 mins.  I started to feel the service is poor. I go back to the ballie i get my room card but the explanation is poor. The worst of this hotel that i never expect is the Lift very small and and you wait long to go up. Its a big hotel but only one elevator in other side.  The next day in the morning the breakfast  is poor i never expect for 5star hotel look so cheap the breakfast. Only the location is good.

Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

Biz ailecek kaldık. Çok nezih bir otel. Belki konumu araçsız ters gelebilir. Lakin doğanın içinde tertemiz bir yer. Personel ilgili, oda temiz, banyo ferah, ütü masası ve ütü mevcut, dolabı oldukça yeterli. Biz sevdik sizlere de tavsiye ederiz.

Echt een super hotel met alle luxe en super goed eten. Zwembad, sauna, fitness, super ontbijt, 16th Floor restaurant, We hadden een extra luxe kamer met een bubbelbad. Dan wil je in bad en dan zitten de zeepranden nog in bad en de douchedeuren glimmen niet…allemaal strepen en vegen en jich. De spiegels glimmen niet, ook vegen etc en als het dan een beetje beslaat…dan denk ik zelf… waar is dat doekje allemaal overheen geweest. Ook het glas tussen slaapkamer en badkamer…allemaal nog vingers etc. Voor de rest echt zo’n ontzettend mooi hotel!!

A very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.

Prima hotel, goede locatie.. uitstekende service met vriendelijk personeel. Als u van honden houd danwel bezit is dit een unieke gelegenheid om met honden te verblijven.. nimmer in een zo hondvriendelijk hotel verbleven.

Absolutely wonderful. Could not find anything negative about this hotel. Possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Extremely clean and neat, full equipped gym, quiet location. There was a misunderstanding with the booking which was resolved with the highest professionalism. Looking forward to the next time.
