Hotel Dengan Pools di Northland, New Zealand

We spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations. We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

Great place to stay. A little drive from the beach but it is nice and quiet and comfortable enough. Ensure to bring blankets or pay the bedding!

I had a lovely lady at the front desk when I checked in. Professional & polite even with my late evening check-in. Room was great - clean tidy & well presented! I enjoy my status at The Sands, thank you!

A return trip to the Copthorne - I do like this place. The bathroom again needs an upgrade and the fridge is too small. All else was good which is why I keep returning. Have never eaten in the Hotel so cannot comment. Bar staff are scarce and usually distracted. But I keep coming back……..a beautiful location, close enough to the township but far enough away. I will be back - in fact have already booked for late April 😎👍🏻 Enjoy….

Der Holiday-Park ist an der Zufahrtsstraße nach Russel ganz gut gelegen. Man muss allerdings noch 5 Minuten bis zur Ortschaft fahren. Russel selbst ist eine tolle kleine Ortschaft, welche auch schöne Strände bietet. Der Holiday-Park hat einen Pool und mehrere Außensitzbereiche, die ganz nett sind. Ein Teil der Cabins hat auch Außenbestuhlung mit Tisch, sowie ein Lounge-Ei. Die Cabins wurden über den Tag unerträglich heiß. Erst am Abend war die Luft darin zu ertragen. Lüften war nur schwer möglich, da man keinen Durchzug herstellen konnte. Da half auch der Ventilator nicht viel. Die weiteren Einrichtungen wie Küche, Innen-Gemeinschaftsbereich und Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Dort sollte man nicht allzu viel erwarten. Die Grundausstattung ist aber gegeben. Da die Unterkunft auf Tankwasser-Versorgung angewiesen ist, gab es bei uns den Zwischenfall, dass wir für 2-3h kein Wasser hatten, bis wir die Inhaber informiert haben. Das Internet ist auf 500MB pro Tag pro Device limitiert, was uns etwas störte. Der Park will hier zusätzlich Geld verdienen und verkauft Datenpässe.

Free parking, good location. Has indoor pool and gym which we didn't have time to try. 2 soft double beds with 2 pillows per person. Coffee, tea making with fridge

Ini dalam perjalanan ke sana. Apabila kami tiba, kami bertemu kakitangan yang ramah dan persekitaran yang bersih, biliknya luas dan pemandangan marina yang menakjubkan, tidak lupa juga pasar Twilight tutukaka dengan suasana dan bunyi yang hebat. Ia adalah hari yang panas jadi malangnya apabila kami kembali ke bilik kami yang juga sangat panas dan tiada penghawa dingin, kami mempunyai tingkap susun yang hebat dan kipas di siling tetapi ia tidak sepadan dengan kehangatan yang kami alami hari itu. Oleh itu, pergi ke kolam renang luaran premis nampaknya seperti perkara yang logik untuk dilakukan apabila tiba, kami mendapati kolam klorin air masin yang hebat dan Pahutakawa yang indah hanya menunggu untuk berbunga. Tidak boleh meletakkan banyak salah dengan tempat ini saya akan menjaminnya kepada rakan-rakan terima kasih kawan-kawan, penginapan yang bagus

This hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.

Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.
