Hotel Dengan Kolam di Lima, Peru

This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

We wanted a hotel super close to the airport and this hotel was the perfectly located for that. At barely 5 minutes away from the airport, it was super easy to get to. They even run an airport drop-off shuttle every 15 minutes. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and appropriately set up. The only concern I had was that it took close to 15 minutes before we could be checked-in at about midnight because there was only one person running the front desk when all these travelers were coming in.

An excellent option for your stay in Lima. We had a great overall experience. The hotel provides clean rooms with all necessary amenities and features a pool on the top floor. The location is superb, within walking distance of most nearby attractions.

This property was nice. It was very clean. It really only has the basics in the room. No fridge or microwave, 2 bath towels and a bath mat, minimal shampoo/soap. The breakfast was actually pretty good. However, there was no ”early bird” breakfast. Anything earlier than 6am was a box breakfast which was horrible. We experienced it twice. Fruit and a cheap ham and cheese sandwich on white bread. I think there was 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. For a nice hotel, they could have done much better than that!!

Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

Pleasant Staff. Quick check in, it helps that I speak Spanish, Due to my Hilton honors status I asked for possibility of upgrade, I was immediately offered a two room master senior suite, complete with sun room lounge area, living room that included desk area, sofa area, wet bar, full bathroom with whirlpool and dry sauna, and half bathroom. Plenty of room for me to wake up early and work while my wife slept! The view is to a street, I don’t think any room has a nice view, but do request one in the back due to city noise. I was also issued coupons for complimentary breakfast and drink tickets to use in bar during happy hour on second level. From here we had a panoramic aerial view of the nightly dinner folklore live shows with dancers from the Peruvian coast and the Andean regions (that is what they announced). This is a great show to watch, first because it is very good and not too long, second you get to experience culture and folklore, and third it is free. This truly adds to the cultural immersion. The hotel is in a commercial area, we walked to nearby cathedral, central park and then to miraflores, larcomar area, were we had dinner, walked in the park, etc. So overall a lot is within walking distance. I felt safe in this area, but I always kept an eye out. Upon checkout, we requested late checkout and then we hired one of the taxis that service the hotel to give us a night tour, 2 hours, before taking us to the airport. Got to see city attractions that were on route to airport, plus it was a reasonable fee. Breakfast was in restaurant area, very good, a lot of choices, I was more than satisfied. Overall a pleasant stay, nice room, the hotel has updated lobby and restaurants, friendly staff and good city location. Would recommend.

This was my second trip to Peru and I am so happy that I decided to treat myself to the JW Marriott in Lima. The facilities are BEAUTIFUL- especially the gym and sauna. All of the staff are also wonderful, but I was really impressed with Andrea at the front desk and Jose in the restaurant. These two were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and help make my stay comfortable and perfect. Thank you JW, I will be back!

Todo fue muy bien, buen servicio y atención, el cuarto muy limpio. Lo mejor fue el desayuno, muy muy rico . Único problema es que las tarjetas de los cuartos se malogran siempre, me quede una semana y todos los días casi tuve que pedir me cambiaran la tarjeta por que dejaba de funcionar.

The staff is always welcoming and kind. This in my 5th time in this hotel and definetly will be back whenever coming to Lima. Ocean view rooms are amazing the rest too small. Delicious food in all restaurants, roof top has a nice view and a great atmosphere to be in.

不錯！是我南美出差的第一站！mira整體來説是相對安全的，這家價格和服務都很好。離海灘大概2km，可以閑着走去也可以打車。旁邊有好幾家咖啡店和星巴克。小超市和吃飯的地方也很多。我提前3小時到了也給我入住了基本上都會英語。

Great hotel, very comfortable. The service was excellent, especially José Antonio from the reception was very helpful and that made my stay so good. He recommended some tours and helped me with tour and restaurant reservations and transportation as well. He also took his time to explain to me how to get around in the city. I was really grateful for all the good service I received at the hotel and especially from José Antonio. I highly recommend it, they were excellent days at the Dazzler

We had a HUGE room Two double beds pushed together. Dinning table and big closet. Room was a little dark but manageable. Location is great. And really handy to walk to cliff front / Barranco / shops etc. felt very safe walking around this area. Lovely supermarket right next door. And lots of cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants a stones throw away. Breakfast included: cooked items, yogurts, cereals, large fruit selection. We enjoyed a lot. Let us check in early at 1pm which was kind.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

Me hospedé en el Hotel Britania Crystal Collection este fin de semana y la verdad es que tuvimos una MUY mala experiencia. Y eso, que no soy de quejarme y que soy una fiel clienta de hotel.com. El Hotel Britania Crystal Collection, ubicado en el barrio de Miraflores, Lima, es una DESILUCIÓN completa! 1.Llegando al hotel, nos dimos cuenta que se trataba de un 3 estrellas y no de un 4 estrellas, como estaba indicado en su portal. Estuvimos muy sorprendidos. 2.Por otra parte, la recepcionista, nos informa que los cuartos no son limpiados todos los días!  Durante toda nuestra estadía, nuestro cuarto no será limpiado!  ¿Cómo es posible en un hotel 4 estrellas? 3.Luego, reservamos una hora domingo por la mañana, para bañarnos en la piscina Rooftop del hotel. Al llegar, constatamos que el agua de la piscina estaba completamente negra. Es cierto, que el personal no hace ningún relevado de agua diario! Pienso que el agua no ha sido controlada hace varios días, ver semanas. Hay reglas higiénicas que un hotel debe seguir. 4.En el portal de hotel.com, esta escrito que dos bebidas son regaladas al ingresar al hotel. Ninguna bebida nos fue brindada y el mini bar del cuarto, estaba completamente vacío. 5.La mayor parte del personal no es amable, no responde cuando los saludas y pone caras raras cuando le preguntas algo. La única chica que no atendió bien es la chica del desayuno con lentes y la recepcionista de noche! Las prestaciones son catastróficas y la publicidad del hotel es completamente falsa! Me quise dar un gusto, pagando este hotel, que pensaba que iba a tener el standing de un 4 estrellas pero fue una castastrofe!

Estuvimos hospedados mi esposo , mi hija que cumplía sus 15 años y yo , solo me queda palabras de agradecimiento al Hotel y al grupo humamo que labora en el , ya que se preocuparon por cada detalle en la habitación , en el desayuno y nos hicieron vivir una experencia inolvidable . Sin duda volveriamos y lo recomendaremos .

The worst hotel we stayed at Lima, the front desk people did not know what they were doing and also did not help at all, I had to go back 3 times because my door key did not work and the lady say “I will send someone to help, you don’t know how to used it” at the end the guy who she send took me that the key was not program right. I ask for where can I get some dinner and they toll me that they did not know. The next night we walk to the hotel bar, a guy a the door didn’t let us in because they had a private party. We seat at a mini lounge area to get some drinks - or it was what we wanted but we waited over 45 minutes and ask the waiter if we could order and he tolled us “my shift is ending but I will send someone else” we waited 30 minutes more and no one showed up. We ask the front desk if there was a place where we can go and get some drinks to what they told us that we could take a taxi to Washington Park.
