Local lindíssimo, carregado de história e tranquilidade.
Colaboradores impecáveis e excelentes profissionais, com exceção de uma colaboradora do restaurante que transpôs para o serviço o mal estar com colegas de trabalho, impróprio para um espaço destes e revelando indiferença pela presença de hóspedes.
Os pratos principais sugeridos na carta do Room Service, arroz de pato e bacalhau com natas, ficam muito aquém da qualidade expectável num hotel desta categoria.

Hotel bem situado, quarto razoável, limpo, não gostámos da piscina e do jacuzzi, ambos com pouca qualidade e a água parecia pouco limpa, a sauna é razoável.
Hotel exige caução de 10€por cada robe, um dos robes fornecido estava roto e sem presilhas para o cinto, para um hotel de 4 estrelas acho que não devia de acontecer, foi trocado após reclamação.
O pequeno almoço é bom com bastante variedade de alimentos. Acho que podiam promover mais os produtos locais. .

The hotel is clean, looking amazing. Room was big and very comfortable with great bath. outdoor pool is big with great scenery clean water - really a treat. Breakfast is OK - the usual hotel breakfast, nothing special, no vegetables but big variety of breads, cookies, croissant. This place has playing rooms (Billiard etc.), tennis court, and a LOT of public space. You need a car to go there. Recommended!

Cama confortável, casa de banho excelente, blackout muito bom, roupão disponível, tv podia ser maior. Spa muito bom especialmente a piscina. A chefe de recepção foi de uma simpatia inexcedível. Até breve!

Hotel localizado numa zona muito tranquila, possuí boas acessibilidades para carrinhos de bebés ou dificuldades locomotoras, ótima piscina, quartos bastante espaçosos.
Ótimo hotel para o verão, apesar de um pouco longe da praia, pois é necessário carro para a deslocação e o estacionamento na praia de Mira é péssimo.
Recomendo, piscina coberta e aquecida para o inverno e ficará um hotel fantástico para usufruir todo o ano.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as fabulous as the first. The wellness area — with its sauna, cold‑water dip, and warm indoor pool — made the stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was as good as I remember it, and on this trip was also our first time dining at Raiz, the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, and the experience was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. This is definitely our go-to hotel when we're in Lousã!

Impecable and excellent professionals, except a restaurant collaborator who transposed the bad being with colleagues to the service, unfit for a space of these and revealing indifference for the presence of guests.
The main dishes suggested in the Room Service letter, potato rice and cod with shell are far below the expected quality in this category hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great.
The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional.
We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order.
Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.

AAIHUIThe location of this hotel is very remote, more than 70 kilometers from the University of Coimbra, driving more than an hour. Don't decide if you don't have a car. The scenery on the road is still good. The hotel was converted from a monastery. In a very remote town, the hotel has a swimming pool and a vineyard. Breakfast is still OK. After the check-in, the front desk can help arrange dinner. The service staff took us on a tour of the hotel and there was a small church inside. The overall is good, it is far.

HHugo F F Sousavery well located hotel, in front of the beach and close to all relevant tourist attractions, as well as entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants. Service and concern for guests is a constant. Hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, well decorated common areas in a very cozy atmosphere. Heated pool on the top floor allows a stunning view over the beach and the ocean at the rhythm of the sunset.

GGuest UserHotel em frente à praia, com excelente pequeno-almoço, staff super simpático e profissional, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem e ginásio. O almoço no restaurante do hotel estava top. A seleção dos vinhos é cuidada e o vinho branco seleção da Santa Vitória é bastante agradável. Excelente relação qualidade preço.
